Hello my friend i added copyright link on picture ! but i need your help to remove warning ! you know how to fix that ? because my copyright is okay and that's my photography but use of Adel Shirazy picture is free and i attached link to picture page. please check that ! @Adelsoft As I have told you before, please use COM:VRT. However, Adel Shirazy, who I also believe to be you, is unlikely to own the copyright.

Ownership or possession of a photo, proprietorship of the equipment used to take the photo, or being the subject of the photo does not equate holding the copyright. The copyright holder is the photographer (i.e. the person who took the photo), rather than the subject (the person who appears in the photo) or the person possessing the photo, unless transferred by operation of law (e.g. inheritance, etc.) or by contract (written and signed by the copyright holder, and explicitly transfers the copyright). Evidence of any transfer of licencing must be sent via COM:VRT

If you are indeed Shirazy then you are educated. Please display that education, and stop trying to find loopholes to allow your egregious self promotion campaign. 🇺🇦 Timtrent 🇺🇦 talk to me 🇺🇦 10:03, 2 July 2024 (UTC)

I'm not really looking for a shortcut, but the behavior of Wikipedia administrators is very unfair. They ignore the sources and some of them are against freedom of speech. I ask for your help and I believe that you are a very logical and understanding person. This is the first time I know someone like you on Wikipedia. The truth is that the rules are floating and everyone interprets the rules to their advantage. So please help me to recreate the image and put the correct copyright on it. @Adelsoft Please do not make accusations about behaviour about anyone at all. Assuming Good Faith is absolutely important. Not doing so leads people, me included, to reach conclusions that may be undeserved.

All administrators must be able to justify any of their decisions in public when asked to do so.

COM:VRT can and will help you. There is a process outlined there. You need to follow it.

I have been watching your promotion campaign. You have already been blocked indefinitely from one site, temporarily from another. WMF sites do not tolerate campaigns like this. I foresee a time when you will lose all editing privileges at all sites unless you stop this (self) promotion.

Adel Shirazy is not able to release that picture (0.95 probability). You are, however, welcome to use the VRT route to seek to have it published here.
