Delete per common sense. All of user's other images are high-res photos of London and elsewhere in England in a particular style with full EXIF data coming from the same camera. This one is a low-res photo of a hugely important soccer match from an angle only a professional photographer could get, with no EXIF data. Clearly he did not take this one.
