@Themightyquill: Hello, aren't these files derivative works of LEGO Star Wars ? In which case, are toys considered to be art in Denmark ?

Fugitron and Anakindu72: It seems to be there are at least three copyrights for each of these toys/sculptures. One for the photo, one Lego's design of the toys/sculptures, and one for the character represented by the toys. It's my understanding that all three would need to be be released for these photos to be kept on commons. - Themightyquill (talk) 12:45, 25 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Klapi: I can't really read Polish but I'm afraid these websites don't help convince me. Firstly, it's not clear to me that this was an official LEGO exhibition. Second, it seems to be inside which doesn't seem to match with Poland's Freedom of Panorama laws. Third, and most importantly, the exihibition seems to have been temporary, which definitely doesn't fit with Poland's Freedom of Panorama laws. - Themightyquill (talk) 18:19, 26 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
