Сомнения в лицензии. Автор неизвестен, источник Russian Wikipedia ни о чём не говорит, из русскоязычного отдела Википедии файл уже удалён. Но до удаления в описании файла, в Русскоязычной Википедии также не было источника. Проверить лицензионный статус не представляется возможным. Dogad75 (talk) 11:06, 31 January 2017 (UTC)
- This photo is 90 years old and its original upload is from the page of a book. I can't read Russian so don't know the details but it's a highly valuable image since so few images exist from Central Asia during this period.Monopoly31121993 (talk) 13:50, 31 January 2017 (UTC)

- It's pretty well known photo found in different books, for example: Mikhail Vasilyevich Frunze. Life and actions in the photographs and documents. Moscow, "Politizdat", 1973.
