The Ettumanoor Mahadeva temple is a Shiva temple in Kottayam, Kerala. The current temple is from the 16th century, rebuilt with support from several South Indian royal families after the older temple was attacked in the colonial era and destroyed.

The Ettumanoor Mahadeva temple is notable for one of the largest circular plan Hindu temples in Kerala. It has several notable murals including the Pradosha Nrityam fresco that shows dancing Shiva. Other murals and wood carvings in this temple depict scenes from the Ramayana, the Mahabharata and the Puranas.

The temple is popular among regional Hindus, receives considerable donations and is among the wealthiest in Kerala. It is also known for the Arattu festivities when elephants decked in temple's golden gear participate.
