Hi, I’m John Gennaro, EP of SB Nation Team Brands Podcasts, and I’m excited to announce that Pride of Detroit’s podcast is officially launching today for fans of the Lions.
We’re happy to be launching a podcast that represents the Pride of Detroit community. As such, the popular PODcast and First Byte shows will be the first shows to be a part of this new podcast.
Pride of Detroit team brand manager Jeremy Reisman is joined weekly by Ryan Mathews on First Byte, which previews the upcoming Lions game with appearances from bloggers, podcasters and media members from the opposing team. Chris Perfett helps to run the PODcast, which takes a look back at the last Lions game to figure out what went right (or wrong) for Detroit.
We’re looking for other great Lions audio shows to add to the Pride of Detroit podcast: If you’re interested in joining, please reach out and include a link to your audio work.
If you’re already subscribed to the Pride of Detroit PODcast, you don’t need to do anything to start receiving new episodes from the Pride of Detroit podcast.
Pride of Detroit joins a growing roster of team brands podcasts. A little over a month ago, SB Nation launched 4 new podcasts around pro teams in Philadelphia. Since then, we’ve added more NFL podcasts and are now up to 24 total team brands podcasts.
