Orders and Shipping

Most of our products are shipped from USA so you should expect your order to arrive in 3 – 5 business days. For orders which are shipped from European Union, it might take around 8 – 12 business days to be delivered. A tentative delivery date is mentioned when you order a product and in 90% of the cases orders are delivered before it.

An account is automatically created when you add items to your cart and place an order. Please make sure to use a valid email address so that you don’t miss out on any offers. 

You can change the details of the shipping address by going in to your Account and updating the address. Please note that changes will be applied to new orders only and existing orders will be shipped to the address we had earlier. Please email support@babyzcorner.com in case you are unable to update your shipping address or any other details on your account.

Under Customer Help Menu, click on Shipping & Tracking and then on the new page enter details about your order number and tracking ID.

We work with Stripe to process all of our transactions. All of the credit card information is managed within their system and we have 256 bit encryption in place to make sure that transmitted details are secure. Moreover, at the point when you confirm an order, your credit card data uses an encoding procedure to the payment processor that handles the transaction.

No we do not charge any Sales Tax.

Currently we only ship to USA and might start shipping to other countries in future.

Depending on the order, your items might come in one package. If you have ordered multiple time within a few hours or days then they will be shipped separately.

Returns and Exchanges

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For more details, please read Return & Exchanges

Usually this does not happen but if you have experienced this then please email support@babyzcorner.com with the picture of the item, its packaging and also the order email you had received from us. Our team will work with you to address this ASAP.

We take utmost care when packaging the items and so does our partners. Please email us at support@babyzcorner.com with the picture of the item you have received, the packaging with shipping label and the order email. Our team will work with the shipping and handling department to address your concern within 72 hours. 

Our staff will provide you the return mail address once we have received the details from you through email. We would pick the nearest office as we have multiple locations within USA.

You should be careful while filling out the shipping details and if the order is already processed then unfortunately we won’t be able to do anything. In case you realized it within minutes of placing an order then please email support@babyzcorner.com with your Order ID and details of the order so that we can hold the processing.

Unfortunately you cannot change or cancel an order once its been processed. 

Yes you can and for some items its do able while for others we wait until the vendor confirms about its future availability.
