宇忒蘭

宇忒蘭 （丹麥語: Jylland [ˈjylanˀ]; 德語：Jütland [ˈjyːtlant]), 西方也謳 Cimbric or Cimbrian半島 (拉丁语：Cimbricus Chersonesus; 丹麥語: Den Kimbriske Halvø; 德語：Kimbrische Halbinsel)，是北歐个一個半島地區，主體部分是丹麥个領土，南面一部分屬於德國。

地理

宇忒蘭東北海邊沿沙灘畔个風景

宇忒蘭半島西面是北海，以北是Skagerrak海峽，東面是Kattegat海峽搭波羅的海，南接德國。 從地理搭歷史來講，宇忒蘭半島包括南宇忒蘭地區（歷史上也喊得Slesvig），西宇忒蘭，東宇忒蘭（包括Djursland）搭北宇忒蘭（包括Himmerland， Vendsyssel, Hanherred 搭 Thy）。到20世紀中葉，伊拉建構爲一個整體，喊得中央宇忒蘭（Midtjylland）。但此地个地方細分起來，弗一樣个定義交關，有好些地方个喊法，比方Nørrejylland（个個詞歷史高頂是指南宇忒蘭个北部，弗是話北宇忒蘭面个南宇忒蘭（Sønderjylland）），Nordvestjylland（東北宇忒蘭）等。 依介歇个行政區劃，个塊地區分爲丹麥个北宇忒蘭地區、中央丹麥地區、南丹麥地區搭德國个舒勒蘇益-霍勒司登州。

First World War, the Battle of Jutland was fought in the North Sea west of Jutland as one of the largest naval battles in history. In this pitched battle, the British Royal Navy engaged the Imperial German Navy, leading to heavy casualties and losses of ships on both sides. The British fleet sustained greater losses, but remained in control of the North Sea, so in strategic terms, most historians regard Jutland either as a British victory or as indecisive. The battle is commemorated and explained at the Sea War Museum Jutland in Thyborøn.
