What to say, with Matt’s help I managed to snag my grail watch in an unworn condition, less than a month old, with the manufacturers 5 year warranty (all bar 3weeks) in tact at a decent price.
I’m not going to say I wasn’t a bit hesitant but Matt was able to answer all my questions and provide assurance that the item was genuine. Payment was easy, and dispatch was very timely (thanks Carrie) the watch was in my hands within 24 hours.

I found both Matt and Simon extremely helpful. I was looking for a specific watch and they e-mailed me to let me know they had one available, the offer on my part exchange was very fair and they even discounted my new watch. Great experience selling my Rolex to GWS. Very easy to deal with, no messing about. I bought it from them 2 years ago and sold it back to them, took a £1400 hit on the watch but the markets changed since I purchased it and their offer was still higher than other dealers I had contacted. Would definitely use again

Simon at global watch shop made me feel at ease as selling a rolex watch can be a worry with who you can trust. I spoke with Simon at GWS to sell my Watch. I was given an offer over the phone, and within 15 minutes of reaching the store, the transaction was complete. Couldn’t recommend any more, very personable service and no messing around. Will be using again moving forward.

Just want to thank GWS and Matt for all there help sourcing the yatch master 2 for me . Within 2-3 weeks they came good for me so can’t thank them enough . After endlessly searching for the right piece thought I’d hit a wall till getting in touch with GWS . Even though I come from Newcastle upon Tyne and the concerns I had dealing with a London company I’d not heard of before Matt reassured me with his professional and expert manner . And what would seem silly questions that I had regarding the watch Matt was there to assist . Anyone worried about using these guys as it is a concern paying for a product that your praying is delivered, I received my watch within 22 hours via special Royal Mail service . Which is fully trackable and also fully insured through GWS , this is a huge relief for anyone I’d recommend buying from all at GWS as they’re a great team and are great for pricing there stock . So thank you GWS and also Matt for my watch can’t thank you enough

Tried to source a brand new, recently discontinued Omega watch, for some time. Tried all kinds of jewellers, even had my local Omega boutique ring Switzerland, all to no avail. Contacted GWS and spoke with Matt on Monday, had an email saying they had sourced a brand new model at the pre discontinued price. Agreed to the deal, quick transaction, great communication from Matt and Sophie and now 2 days later the watch is here with me. They have a new customer for life

Sold my Rolex GMT Master II to these guys such a stress free experience.

They gave me the best price based on photos and conversation without the usual talk about a reduction if it wasn't as you had already told them.

It's a little difficult to find so my advice would be to ask before going. It's quite an experience as they are underground in what used to be a high security vault. I found the guy who dealt with me on the day pleasant and friendly and as I said no fuss.

I just had to wait a little time for the direct money transfer which wasn't too long and left with a smile on my face having achieved my asking price.

Then went to celebrate with a beer and meal in the nearby Spoon so a good experience all round.

Have used gws 3 times now, twice to buy a watch & once to sell a watch for me, dealt with Matt every time & everything went so smoothly, he sourced 2 watches for me at a great price & sold one for me at a great price, he kept me up to date from time of ordering watches to delivery of them aswell. GWS is the place to go if you’re looking for a high end watch, I will 100% be using them again in the future. 5 star service all the way

Highly recommended seller!
I visited the London store in person to view and purchase a vintage Rolex watch. Customer service was great and Simon was a pleasure - we basically had a good chat about all things watches (and other topics), and his patience and service while we waited to iron out payment issues was impeccable.
The watch was even better in the metal, and I will definitely be back in touch with GWS when I am next in the market for another watch.

Highly recommend. Have sold to and bought from GWS. On all occasions they have proved to be professional, efficient and respectful providing a service that felt very personal.
