At Chuo University's FLP International Cooperation Division under the Takeishi Seminar, students annually hypothesize and validate them through fieldwork on selected issues. In 2018, the focus was on whether IT technologies can correct educational disparities between urban and rural areas. To address this question, seminar participants conducted qualitative surveys among students in both urban and rural parts of China. The findings provided significant insights into the impact of IT usage on the quality and accessibility of education.
