The document discusses whether multiple religions can be correct and whether multiple gods can exist. It argues that while core religious teachings about believing in God and doing good deeds are generally consistent, scholars from different religions have distorted some teachings to claim their religion is the only true one. The document provides numerous examples of ways religious texts have been manipulated or added to by scribes over time to support certain doctrines or claims of various religions. It concludes that no religion in its current form accurately reflects the original teachings revealed to prophets, and that people should focus on the common message of obedience, repentance, and doing good rather than religious additions or distortions.
This document discusses the objectives of life on Earth according to various religious teachings. It makes the following key points:
1. Religious teachings indicate that life is a testing period, with people being tested on their obedience and good deeds. Rewards will be given based on test results.
2. The objectives are to obey God/divine commands, repent for wrongs, and do good works to help others. This will help people pass the test and earn salvation.
3. Distorted teachings claim some groups are chosen, justified, or guided, rather than the true teachings that salvation depends on one's own actions through the test of life.
The document summarizes the goals and topics of the Parkside Bible Fellowship's adult Sunday school class. The class aims to help Christians live out their faith in today's secular society by examining biblical principles and applying them to contemporary issues. It discusses how believers should love God and their neighbor, and be salt and light in the world. The class will assess how to thoughtfully engage culture from a biblical perspective rooted in both scriptural commands and love.
This document discusses the importance of having a biblical worldview and outlines some of the key aspects of developing one. It emphasizes that absolute truth comes from the Bible rather than cultural influences or personal feelings. Some of the main points made include defining a biblical worldview as believing what is revealed in Scripture alone; discussing the dangers of relativism; outlining the two greatest commandments of loving God and others; and stressing that salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ.
This document discusses the concept of salvation through belief in Jesus Christ. It emphasizes that salvation is a gift from God through faith in Jesus, who died for our sins. It warns that willful and continued sin can jeopardize one's salvation, though God will forgive repentant believers. The document also contrasts belief in God with needing to believe specifically in Jesus, and warns about Satan trying to deceive people from accepting Christ.
This document discusses the importance of holiness from a biblical perspective. It provides several definitions of holiness, including: 1) having one's mind aligned with God according to Scripture; 2) striving to avoid sin and obey commands; 3) imitating Jesus Christ. It notes that holiness involves outward conduct, inward motivation, and obedience to God's word. The document laments the decline in holiness preaching and living, and attributes this to issues like undermining biblical authority, lack of role models, and a self-centered theology that focuses on what God can give rather than what He wants us to become.
This document provides an outline and summary of Romans 12:1-21 from a Sunday School class. It discusses the key themes in Romans 12, including offering our bodies as living sacrifices, being transformed by renewing our minds, using spiritual gifts, and showing sincere love. The document provides context on Romans and an overview of chapters 1-11 before analyzing various verses in Romans 12 regarding sacrifices, spiritual gifts, and love. It aims to teach Christians how to practically live out the theological truths of salvation.
The document describes The Discipleship Ministry, which exists to fulfill the Great Commission by equipping Christians to share their faith. It introduces Discipleship 2, a resource designed to help Christians grow spiritually through lessons on topics like spiritual living, fruitfulness, and relationships. The coordinator of The Discipleship Ministry is Kenson Kuba, a graduate of Multnomah School of the Bible who now works as a water microbiologist in Hawaii.
Witnessing to Muslims using the Any3 method, or that advocated by such evangelists as Bachman, and the problems with the CAMEL method. Contrast of Islamic beliefs with the Bible and truth.
This document discusses several reasons why all people should be evangelized, regardless of their background or location. It argues that:
1) The Bible is true and the gospel has the power to save all who believe.
2) All of mankind is lost and in need of salvation due to the universal sinful nature of humanity.
3) Death and judgement are inevitable, and hell is a real consequence for those who do not believe.
4) There is only one God, he loves the entire world, and the whole world belongs to him - not just certain groups. Therefore, the gospel message should be spread to all people everywhere.
Part 3 in the series of personal discipleship, Life to Life groups. Learn how to help others grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ as you, yourselves, are strengthened in your own walk with God.
The document describes the mission, discipleship, witness, and prayer aspects of an organization called The Gathering. The Gathering's mission is to preach and teach Jesus Christ without supporting social agendas, and to nurture followers of Christ. It seeks to provide opportunities for prayer, Bible study, worship, and fellowship. The document also discusses The Gathering's commitment to being a teaching community focused on discipleship, and a witnessing community where members live as disciples of Jesus in all aspects of life.
Here are three key points about Jesus' death on the cross:
1. Jesus Christ, God's Son, willingly sacrificed His life by dying on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins.
2. By dying for our sins, Jesus bridged the gap between a sinful humanity and a holy God. He demonstrated God's perfect love by dying for us while we were still sinners.
3. All who believe that Jesus is the Son of God who died for their sins and trust wholly in Him for salvation will receive forgiveness of sins and eternal life. There is no other way to be reconciled to God except through faith in Jesus.
The document provides an overview and analysis of key passages from the first chapter of the book of Proverbs. It discusses how Proverbs teaches about making right choices and avoiding wrong ones by listening to wisdom rather than folly. It notes that rejecting wisdom results in being "full with their own fancies" and relying only on one's own ideas or those of others. However, the chapter promises that those who listen to and dwell in wisdom will be secure and without fear.
308560 love letters_from_heaven-trk-20151110Yaw Aboagye
This document is a summary of a book that argues God's commandments are not harsh rules but rather "love letters from heaven" intended to guide believers into blessing. It says pursuing God's love through obedience unlocks believers' inheritance of divine power to do greater works than Jesus. By keeping God's commands out of love rather than legalism, believers can walk in total victory over fear and experience the joy of Christ's fullness in their lives.
This document discusses the biblical teaching on baptism. It begins by looking at examples in the New Testament of people believing and then being baptized. It establishes that baptism is an outward symbol of inward faith, and an act of obedience, not something that leads to salvation. It examines what Jesus' own baptism demonstrated and his command to his disciples to baptize believers. Baptism represents being spiritually united with Christ in his death and resurrection. The document discusses how baptism in the Bible involved full immersion, not sprinkling. It encourages the reader to consider being baptized publicly as a step of obedience and commitment to following Christ.
Book summary identification of the wrong teachingsSabry Shaheen
The document summarizes how religious scholars have distorted the core teachings of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam in order to claim their religion is the only true one.
For Judaism, the document argues Jewish scholars do not teach the original teachings of Moses, which emphasized conditional blessings for obedience and curses for disobedience. Instead, they teach Jews are unconditionally chosen, contradicting Moses. They also ignore Moses' teachings on equal treatment of foreigners.
For Christianity, the document claims most Christian scholars teach distorted interpretations rather than Jesus' true teachings which emphasized deeds over faith alone.
For Islam, the document states Muslim scholars who justify killing or teach predestination contradict the Quran. The true teachings emphasize
Back to the truth taught by Prophets not by scholars.pdfSabry Shaheen
Back to the truth taught by Prophets, not by scholars.
Back to the truth that every person can validate.
The true religion teachings teach compassion, patience, feeding the hungry, defending the oppressed, self-constraint, forgiveness; those should bring people together and should transform earth into a paradise.
The manipulated teachings by scholars are based on boasting, promote hatred, skepticism, lack of faith and unnecessary conflicts.
There is only one God who has revealed the same message to all prophets.
The same message revealed to the prophets by the same God must be consistent.
Although the core religion teachings guide us to believe in God and to do good deeds to help others, scholars of each religion have distorted some teachings to claim that their religion is the only true religion and that they have the only way for salvation.
Jewish scholars teach that Jews are the chosen people of God
Christian Scholars teach that they are the predestined and the glorified before the creation of the world
Muslim Scholars teach that Jews are cursed, Christians are misguided, and that Muslims are the truly guided people (they should have taught that the Muslims who do not follow the prophets’ teachings are also cursed)
Brahmins teach that God created them from his mouth to glorify them and created some other castes from his feet to let them serve the Brahmins - – Laws of Manu Chapter 1
They wanted to indoctrinate people that the bad caste discrimination is ordained by God; that is how Hindu priests manipulate the Hindu scripture to their benefits.
Buddha did not ask people to worship statues, he did not ask them to make statues for him; it is a profitable business to those who make and market the statuses (they advise people to look at the statuses for effective meditation; that is how they promote their business based on incorrect teachings)
All those scholars are not teaching the core message that God has revealed to the prophets.
The common ground of religion teachings includes:
In obedience and repentance is your salvation, if you obey and do good deeds, you will be blessed, if you disobey you will be lost; that is the clear message. That message is the most consistent message by Moses, confirmed by Jesus and by Islamic teachings
Amos 8:11-12 teach that People will be thirsty for the true word of God but they will not find it anywhere
Psalm 56:5 teaches ‘All day long they twist my words’
Jeremiah 8:8 teaches the lying pen of the scribes has distorted the word of God
Jeremiah 5:30-31 teach that the priests have distorted the religion teachings and that the people love those distorted teachings
Instead of ‘Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore’ in Isaiah 2:4, they have justified atrocities.
Instead of the true teaching ‘You shall not murder ‘in Exodus 20:13 and Deuteronomy 5:17
The scribes ignored the true teaching and added some verses to justify the killing
Why do we have many religions? Is there more than one God?Sabry Shaheen
The document discusses why there are many religions and whether there is more than one God. It argues that while the core teachings of religions promote goodness, scholars have distorted some teachings over time to claim their religion as superior or the only path to salvation. This has led to inconsistencies in religious texts and contradicting claims among religions. The document asserts there is only one God and the original prophets delivered a consistent message of obeying God and doing good.
The religion teacher by sabry shaheen - summarySabry Shaheen
The document discusses the objectives of human life according to major world religions. It states that religions generally teach that this world is a temporary testing period, not the ultimate destination, and that people will be rewarded in the afterlife based on their faith, obedience to God, compassion, and good deeds during life's tests and trials. The document provides numerous examples from Jewish, Christian, and Islamic scriptures that discuss life as a test from God and emphasize pursuing righteousness, forgiveness, and helping others to gain eternal rewards in heaven rather than worldly treasures that perish. Overall, the key message is that religions view this life as preparation for the afterlife by passing God's tests of character through obedience and good works.
The Truth Seeker by sabry shaheen - summarySabry Shaheen
The document discusses the objectives of human life according to major world religions. It states that religions generally teach that this world is a temporary testing period, not the ultimate destination, and that people will be rewarded in the afterlife based on their faith, obedience to God, compassion, and good deeds during life's tests and trials. Religions see life as a test to determine who obeys God and who does not. The document emphasizes finding the common objectives across religions of obeying God, doing good works, and seeking rewards in the afterlife rather than worldly pleasures or status.
Christianity of Jesus vs. Christianity of Paul-3.pdfSabry Shaheen
The true religion teachings teach compassion, patience, feeding the hungry, defending the oppressed, self-constraint, forgiveness; those should bring people together and should transform earth into a paradise.
The manipulated teachings are based on boasting, promote hatred, skepticism, lack of faith and unnecessary conflicts.
There is only one God who has revealed the same message to all prophets.
The same message revealed to the prophets by the same God must be consistent.
Although the core religion teachings guide us to believe in God and to do good deeds to help others, scholars of each religion have distorted some teachings in order to claim that their religion is the only true religion and that they have the only way for salvation.
We should not believe in the teachings of Paul because they are not consistent with the teachings of Jesus and prophets.
We should accept the teachings of Jesus because they are consistent with the teachings of prophets.
Most churches do not teach the true teachings like Matthew 10:8
‘Freely you have received; freely give’; they teach that it is o.k. to reap the financial gifts in exchange of the spiritual gifts and preach the attractive teachings like:
‘And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified’ Romans 8:30
They try to make people feel happy with such attractive teachings in order to receive more donations.
“If we have sown spiritual seed among you, is it too much if we reap a material harvest from you?” 1 Corinthians 9:11.
Most churches do not follow the strict teachings which urge us to obey God as taught by Jesus in Matthew 22:35-40, Luke 10:25-28, Mark 12:28-34, but they prefer the attractive teachings of Paul like
‘We are saved by grace through faith apart from works’ - Ephesians 2:8-9
‘Even when we were dead in sins, we are saved by grace’ - Ephesians 2:5
‘A man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law’ - Romans 3:28
‘A man is not justified by the works of the law, but by faith’ - Galatians 2:16
‘For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse’ - Galatians 3:10
Most churches do not follow the strict teachings like If your eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away which is taught by Jesus in Matthew 18:9, Matthew 5:29 and Mark 9:47, but they prefer the attractive teachings of Paul like:
‘God has chosen us before the foundations of the world’ - Ephesians 1:4
‘God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation’ - 2 Thessalonians 2:13
‘For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation’ - 1 Thessalonians 5:9
‘But let me reveal to you a wonderful secret. We will not all die, but we will all be transformed!’ 1 Corinthians 15:51
‘God has saved us and called us’ - 2 Timothy 1:9
‘We have been justified through faith’ - Romans 5:1, Romans 5:9
Most churches believe that Jesus’ death was necessary for the forgiveness of sins.
But Jesus did not teach that
This document provides a summary of the Sermon on the Mount from the Gospel of Matthew. It includes:
- An explanation of the beatitudes and the rewards promised to those who are poor in spirit, mourn, are meek, hunger for righteousness, are merciful, are pure in heart, and are persecuted for righteousness.
- Jesus teaching that his followers are the salt of the earth and the light of the world.
- A discussion of Jesus' relationship to the law and the prophets, and how his followers' righteousness should exceed that of the scribes and Pharisees.
- Summaries of Jesus' teachings on topics like anger, adultery, divorce, oaths
The document is a prayer request newsletter from Well Fortified Intercessors Army dated May 31, 2010. It contains a daily message and Bible verse, requests for prayer for over 50 individuals with various health issues, a prayer for partners and supporters of related ministries, and a weekly prayer matrix. The overall document focuses on requesting prayer for healing, deliverance, salvation and meeting needs for those mentioned.
The document discusses how religious teachings have become distorted over time by religious scribes and scholars. It provides examples of how the teachings of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam have been manipulated to restrict justice, justify violence, and promote certain groups over others. This has led to confusion as the true message of obedience, repentance, forgiveness and compassion has been replaced by teachings that incite hatred and conflict. The document advocates returning to the common principles taught by all prophets as the true religion, and ignoring teachings that contradict the message of mercy and goodness.
This document is a summary of the key differences between Christianity and other religions according to Dr. Peter Hammond. It outlines that while other religions teach that all religions are the same, Christianity teaches that Jesus is the only way to God. It provides examples of incompatible teachings around ethics, the goal of life versus nirvana, and the centrality of idolatry in most religions. It emphasizes the unique doctrines of Christianity around the holiness of God, the seriousness of sin, and the once-for-all atoning sacrifice of Jesus on the cross as the only way for salvation.
A look at what the Bible has to say about whether our secular culture can really live without God, and what the Gospel is, and how it meets the needs of mankind.
The second coming - The Messiah is backSabry Shaheen
The document contains questions posed to a new Messiah figure about life's objectives and the teachings of religions. The Messiah responds that according to religious teachings, life is a temporary test period where people are tested on their faith, obedience, compassion, and good deeds. Religions teach that God tests people to see who obeys commands and that those who obey will be blessed while those who rebel will be cursed. The objective of life is to pass tests of tribulation and temptation, and there will be rewards in the afterlife for those who demonstrate righteousness through their works.
This document discusses the differences between Christianity and other religions. It argues that Christianity is unique in its doctrines of the atonement of sins through Jesus's sacrificial death and resurrection. It notes that other religions have differing views of God, sin, ethics, and the afterlife that are incompatible with Christianity. The document emphasizes that Jesus's life, teachings, death, and resurrection make Christianity centered on an historical figure rather than just philosophical teachings. It concludes Christianity alone provides salvation from sin through faith in Christ.
What is the Difference Between the Different ReligionsPeter Hammond
This document discusses the differences between Christianity and other religions. It argues that Christianity is unique in its doctrines of the atonement of sins through Jesus's sacrificial death and resurrection. It notes that other religions have conflicting views on the nature of God, ethics, the goal of life, and the nature of man. The document asserts that Jesus's life, teachings, death and resurrection make Christianity uniquely based on its founder in a way that other religions are not. It concludes that Jesus alone claimed and proved himself to be the truth, the way and the life by dying for sins and rising from the dead.
The document provides an overview of major Christian doctrines, including:
- The inspiration of Scripture comes from God superintending human authors to compose the Bible without error.
- Key doctrines like the Trinity, deity of Christ, salvation, and last things are based on what is clearly stated in the Bible.
- Heresies and errors arose when people rejected what was written in Scripture and accepted their own revelations instead of what the apostles and prophets taught.
- Church councils helped formally define doctrines to protect the clear meaning of Scripture in response to heresies.
Jesus asks his disciples who people say he is and who they say he is. They respond that some say he is John the Baptist, Elijah, or one of the prophets. But when Jesus asks who they say he is, no answer is given in the text.
C.S. Lewis argues that Jesus cannot merely be considered a great moral teacher, as that contradicts his own claims. Jesus either had to be the Son of God, a lunatic, or something worse. One must choose to accept him as Lord and God or reject him.
The text discusses key aspects of early Christianity such as its Jewish roots, the development of the Gospels, criteria used for determining the New Testament canon
074a - How can terrestrial happiness be foundOrdineGesu
1) The document discusses how to find terrestrial happiness and peace. It argues that living evangelically by serving others and doing God's will, as Jesus taught, allows one to become happy and find peace.
2) It states that for large-scale happiness, many must observe the Ten Commandments and laws of love by treating others as they wish to be treated. All religions should adopt the Gospels' teachings.
3) When religions adopt the Decalogue and laws of love, correcting errors, they can work together to help the poor and form a united conscience promoting rights and justice. Living simply and observing God's laws is the key to improving oneself and the world.
1. The document discusses pursuing a godly legacy and passing on one's faith to future generations through daily choices and decisions.
2. It highlights the contrasting legacies of Jonathan Edwards and Max Jukes, showing how Edwards' descendants included many influential figures while Jukes' descendants struggled with crime and poverty.
3. The document encourages pursuing truth, life, and building a team in order to leave behind a faithful legacy that impacts generations to come through convictions, values, life, and faith.
The document discusses different views on religious pluralism and exclusivism. It argues that while religious pluralism says all religions can lead to God, exclusivism says only one true religion leads to salvation, and inclusivism says one religion is true but people of other faiths can still be saved. The document provides biblical quotes and examines arguments for why Christianity claims to be the exclusive path to God.

A message to the Israel’s and Palestinian's leaders.pdfSabry Shaheen
A message to the Israel’s and Palestinian's leaders
Achieving peace in Middle East
Hatred and injustice have resulted in destruction and atrocities.
Cultivating more hatred and injustice will result in more destruction and atrocities for generations.
Both Israelis and Palestinians have the right to live in peace in secured homes
We should support the Israel’s existence, but we should not support Israel’s injustice.
Israel might be reluctant to accept solutions based on UN resolutions or based on Christian or Islamic teachings, so we propose a solution based on the teachings of Judaism.
The Israeli–Palestinian conflict could be resolved if we refer to the religion teachings as taught by Moses.
The core of the issue is the inaccurate understanding that the Jews are the unconditionally chosen people of God; that is wrong according to the teachings of Moses like Exodus 19:5, Leviticus 18:4-5, Leviticus 26, Deuteronomy 11:18-20, 11:26-28 , Deuteronomy 28, Deuteronomy 30:15-16 , and Deuteronomy 30:19, Deuteronomy 32:46-47
Those are the most reiterated and consistent teachings of Torah which teach that the choice of God and the blessings are conditional ‘blessings for obedience and curses for disobedience’
Moses did not teach that the Jews are the only chosen people; the correct definition of the chosen people of God as taught by Moses is an open invitation to each person to be a chosen son of God by obedience, by maintaining justice, by applying one measure or one law for Jews and Non-Jews, for taking care of the orphans, the widows, and the strangers
Jewish scholars do not teach the original teachings anymore; they teach the distorted teachings of Deuteronomy 9:5-6 and Deuteronomy 7:6 in order to claim that God has chosen them regardless of the condition of obedience
Those claims were not taught by Moses, David, Solomon, Isaiah, or by the Prophets; those prophets have warned of the wrong teachings
In order to resolve the conflict, it is necessary to follow the original teachings, to maintain justice and to have the same law for Jews and non-Jews as per the original Torah teachings Deuteronomy 25:13-16, Exodus 12:49, Leviticus 19:33-37, Leviticus 24:22, Numbers 15:15-16, Deuteronomy 24:14-15
To resolve the conflict, it is necessary to maintain Justice as taught by Moses and the Prophets; if any house or land is not sold to the Jews; then the old owner or his descendant must be fairly compensated
To resolve the conflict, it is necessary to use the same measure and the same law for Jew and non-Jew as taught by Moses and by the Prophets
Good Jewish teachers have a role to play; they can teach the original teachings instead of the distorted teachings
Good Muslim scholars have a role to play; they can explain the teachings that encourage forgiveness instead of revenge; they can teach the verses which encourage reconciliation and friendship
The most frequently used Hebrew word is Shalom; the most frequently used Arabic word is Salam; both words mean PEACE
مسيحية المسيح مقابل مسيحية بولس - كتاب صبرى شاهينSabry Shaheen
The document proposes that resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict requires following the original teachings of Moses, maintaining justice, and applying the same laws to Jews and non-Jews. It argues the conflict stems from an inaccurate view that Jews are unconditionally chosen, when Moses taught God's choice is conditional on obedience. It suggests Jewish and Muslim scholars could help by teaching verses promoting forgiveness, reconciliation, and friendship. Overall justice, equality under the law, and prioritizing prosperity over military spending are seen as keys to resolving the conflict.
Prophecies of prophets about Israel.pptxSabry Shaheen
Moses warned that the Israelites would rebel after his death and distort God's teachings. Prophets like Isaiah and Jeremiah also warned of religious distortion and false prophets. The original teachings emphasized conditional blessings for obedience and curses for disobedience, equal treatment of Israelites and foreigners, and justice for all. However, scribes later added teachings that favored Israelites over foreigners and justified violence. They no longer taught the true message but distorted words to serve their own interests.
This document discusses several important questions and provides answers to them based on religious teachings. It addresses questions about the objective of life, why God allows suffering, and whether God chooses some people over others. The main points made are:
1) According to religious teachings, life is a temporary testing period where we are tested on our faith, obedience, compassion and good deeds. Our objective is to pass these tests to earn salvation and rewards in the hereafter.
2) God allows suffering to test us and distinguish between the righteous and wicked. We should avoid judging without considering the full picture, as people may be rewarded in the afterlife.
3) Religious texts teach that God does not choose some people over
Identification of the true and wrong teachingsSabry Shaheen
The document identifies true and distorted religious teachings. It discusses how Jewish scribes distorted the original teachings of the Old Testament by adding phrases that limited justice and blessings to only Israelites. Examples of true teachings that applied laws equally to both Israelites and foreigners are provided. Distorted teachings are shown to glorify certain figures and benefit religious leaders. Jesus and prophets warned against such distortions for personal gain.
This document discusses guidelines for success and failure according to different religions and philosophies. It provides teachings from various spiritual leaders such as Buddha, Zoroaster, Confucius, Jesus and others that promote treating others the way you want to be treated, also known as the "golden rule." The document suggests that despite coming from different sources, the teachings promote similar moral wisdom. It also discusses how Judaism teaches that obeying God and his commands will lead to success, while disobedience will lead to failure and curses. Overall, the document promotes examining teachings from different belief systems to find common ground regarding living morally and achieving spiritual success.
Hinduism - What is wrong with Hinduism?Sabry Shaheen
The document discusses how Hindu priests have manipulated and distorted Hindu scriptures like the Laws of Manu to promote caste discrimination and encourage donations to Brahmins. It provides several examples from the scriptures that entitle Brahmins to special privileges and require others castes to serve and obey Brahmins. The document argues that Hinduism has been reformed not due to scripture but because educated people have rejected the wrong teachings promoted by priests for their own benefit. It encourages the reader to pray directly to God to discern the truth rather than rely on priests or scholars.
1. The document discusses the purpose of life according to various religious teachings. It argues that life is a temporary testing period, where we are tested on our faith, obedience, and good deeds.
2. Key evidence provided includes passages from the Bible, Quran, and sayings of religious figures that describe life as a time of testing and hardship, with rewards going to those who show obedience, compassion, and righteousness.
3. Ignoring the fact that life's objective is testing leads religious scholars and others to provide unsatisfying answers to questions about life's purpose. Understanding life as a test explains our existence and suffering according to the document.
World Peace
The document discusses passages from the book of Isaiah that promote world peace. It recommends switching expenditures from wars and military hardware to agricultural tools to alleviate poverty and provide cheap food. Isaiah teaches that nations should not wage war against each other and instead invest resources in farming. Some leaders listen to military generals who justify war, rather than addressing the needs of the poor. The document suggests that establishing justice and equality among all people will promote compassion over conflicts and ensure peace. Isaiah predicted that nations like Egypt, Assyria, and Israel would cooperate and be blessed with prosperity if they accepted these principles.
Core teachings of Judaism, Christianity, and IslamSabry Shaheen
The document summarizes some of the core teachings found in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. For Judaism, it discusses teachings around obedience to God and his commands leading to blessings, while disobedience results in curses. It also discusses teachings around loving foreigners. For Christianity, it discusses Jesus' teachings around obedience, doing good works, and avoiding false teachers. His teachings centered around obeying God and helping others. For Islam, it discusses teachings around obedience leading to blessings and rewards in heaven, while disobedience results in evil and curses. Core teachings centered around believing in God and his prophets, doing righteous deeds, avoiding oppression, and supporting the poor.
The document discusses morality and its basis in human conscience and reasoning abilities endowed by God. It argues that morality is based on applying the "golden rule" of treating others as you wish to be treated. It states that while good deeds are important, true salvation requires obedience to religious teachings and repentance from sin. Several specific moral issues are discussed such as abortion, homosexuality, and premarital sex being sins. The document concludes by noting the common emphasis on the golden rule across religious traditions and their shared spiritual origins.

Set Free from Worry and Anxiety Sermon.pptxStephen Palm
Throughout both the Old and New Testaments we are exhorted and even commanded not to worry or be anxious. However, we all struggle in obeying this wise counsel. We borrow trouble and our lives become increasingly unsettled. Constant connection to media doomsday scenarios adds great pressure, as does the relentless input from social media. Anxiety has become an epidemic impacting 20% of Americans today! In this sermon, we will begin with a 10-part description of the difference between worry and anxiety and will then look at two biblical examples, Moses and Elijah. We will also look at some of the Bible's many texts that comprise God's treatment plan to set us free of worry and anxiety.
A an introductory slide presentation about the plants and animal in the Nan Tien Temple garden., to inspire investigation and protection of the nature.
Luke 10:38-42; John 11:1-46; John 12:1-8: Martha and Mary are often portrayed as a contrast in choosing the right priorities, but that’s based on an oversimplified application. There’s so much more in the character of these women that’s important for us to learn. The “One Thing” in this passage is presented as Jesus and keeping our focus on him is paramount, whether we are busy serving or burdened with sorrows. We can go to him and serve him and listen to him and worship him.

Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
1. Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
Sabry Shaheen
2. The true religion teachings teach compassion, patience, feeding the
hungry, defending the oppressed, self-constraint, forgiveness;
those should bring people together and should transform earth
into a paradise
The manipulated teachings are based on boasting, promote hatred,
skepticism, lack of faith and unnecessary conflicts
There is only one God who has revealed the same message to
all prophets.
The same message revealed to the prophets by the same God must
be consistent
Although the core religion teachings guide us to believe in God
and to do good deeds to help others, scholars of each religion
have distorted some teachings in order to claim that their religion
is the only true religion and that they have the only way for
salvation.
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
3. Jewish scholars teach that Jews are the chosen people of God
Christian Scholars teach that they are the predestined, the
glorified, and the chosen before the creation of the world
Muslim Scholars teach that Jews are cursed, Christians are
misguided, and that Muslims are the truly guided people
(they should have taught that the Muslims who do not follow
the prophets’ teachings are also cursed)
Brahmins teach that God created them from his mouth to
glorify them and created some other castes from his feet to
let them serve the Brahmins - – Laws of Manu Chapter 1
They wanted to indoctrinate people that the bad caste
discrimination is ordained by God; that is how Hindu
priests manipulate the Hindu scripture to their benefits.
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
4. Buddha did not ask people to worship statues, he did not ask
them to make statues for him; it is a profitable business to
those who make and market the statuses (they advise people
to look at the statuses for effective meditation; that is how
they promote their business based on incorrect teachings)
All those scholars are not teaching the core message that
God has revealed to the prophets.
The common ground of religion teachings includes:
In obedience and repentance is your salvation, if you obey
and do good deeds, you will be blessed, if you disobey you
will be lost; that is the clear message. That message is the
most consistent message by Moses, confirmed by Jesus and
by Islamic teachings
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
5. It would not be accurate to say that Judaism is the right
religion because there are many additions and changes to
what God has revealed to Moses, David, Solomon, Isaiah, etc.
It would not be accurate to say that the current teachings of
Christianity are the true religion because most of the current
teachings are the attractive teachings which are not
consistent with the strict teachings of Jesus.
It would not be accurate to say that all the current teachings
of Islam are the true religion because there are many
teachings which contradict the core verses of Qur’an.
Prophets did not teach that God has preserved the holy
book; they advised that there would be changes and warned
of such additions and manipulation.
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
6. Scribes have added and manipulated scripture verses for boasting and to
explain religion to their benefits.
Truth seekers ignore the additions and manipulations that are not in
the common-ground teachings
Some people pay attention to the additions and manipulations and
consider that as an excuse for atheism
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
7. Amos 8:11-12 teach that People will be thirsty for the true
word of God but they will not find it anywhere
Psalm 56:5 teaches ‘All day long they twist my words’
Jeremiah 8:8 teaches the lying pen of the scribes has
distorted the word of God
Jeremiah 5:30-31 teach that the priests have distorted the
religion teachings and that the people love those distorted
teachings
People are confused by the contradicting teachings, they try
to search the internet for the true word of God, but they find
many distorted teachings
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
8. Instead of the true teaching ‘You shall not murder ‘in Exodus
20:13 and Deuteronomy 5:17
The scribes who glorify defeating their enemies ignored the true
teaching and added some verses to justify the killing like Exodus
23:23, Numbers 31:16-18, Joshua 6:20-21, Judges 15:14-16 and
Judges 16:30
Instead of ‘Nation shall not lift up sword against nation,
neither shall they learn war anymore’ in Isaiah 2:4, they have
justified atrocities.
Instead of the true and most consistent teachings of ‘blessings for
obedience and curses for disobedience’ in Leviticus 26,
Deuteronomy 28, Deuteronomy 11:26-28, Deuteronomy 4:40,
Deuteronomy 6:24-25, Deuteronomy 7:12-15, and Deuteronomy 8,
they teach that God has chosen them regardless of their obedience
as in the distorted teachings of Deuteronomy 9:5-6 and
Deuteronomy 7:6-8
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
9. Jewish scholars teach that Jews are the unconditionally chosen people of
God; that is wrong according to the teachings of Moses like Exodus 19:5,
Leviticus 18:4-5, Leviticus 26, Deuteronomy 11:18-20, 11:26-28 ,
Deuteronomy 28, Deuteronomy 30:15-16 , and Deuteronomy 30:19,
Deuteronomy 32:46-47
Moses did not teach that the Jews are the only chosen people; the correct
definition of the chosen people of God as taught by Moses is an open
invitation to each person to be a chosen son of God by obedience, by
maintaining justice, by applying one measure or one law for Jews and
Non-Jews, for taking care of the orphans, the widows, and the
strangers
Jewish scholars do not teach the original teachings anymore; they teach
the distorted teachings of Deuteronomy 9:5-6 and Deuteronomy 7:6 in
order to claim that God has chosen them regardless of the condition of
obedience
Those claims were not taught by Moses, David, Solomon, Isaiah, or by the
Prophets; those prophets have warned of the wrong teachings
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
10. When Jacob’s descendants wanted to glorify him, they claimed that
he wrestled with God and was saved. The verses in Genesis 32:24-
30 teach that Jacob was able to wrestle with God; he said to God
"I will not let you go unless you bless me”
Most churches do not teach the true teachings like Matthew 10:8
‘Freely you have received; freely give’; they teach that it is o.k. to
reap the financial gifts in exchange of the spiritual gifts and preach
the attractive teachings like:
‘And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also
justified; those he justified, he also glorified’ Romans 8:30
They try to make people feel happy with such attractive teachings
in order to receive more donations.
“If we have sown spiritual seed among you, is it too much if we
reap a material harvest from you?” 1 Corinthians 9:11.
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
11. Most churches do not follow the strict teachings which urge us to
obey God as taught by Jesus in Matthew 22:35-40, Luke 10:25-28,
Mark 12:28-34, but they prefer the attractive teachings of Paul like
‘We are saved by grace through faith apart from works’ - Ephesians
2:8-9
‘Even when we were dead in sins, we are saved by grace’ -
Ephesians 2:5
‘A man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law’ -
Romans 3:28
‘A man is not justified by the works of the law, but by faith’ -
Galatians 2:16
‘For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse’ -
Galatians 3:10
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
12. Most churches do not follow the strict teachings like If your eye
causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away which is
taught by Jesus in Matthew 18:9, Matthew 5:29 and Mark 9:47, but
they prefer the attractive teachings of Paul like:
‘God has chosen us before the foundations of the world’ -
Ephesians 1:4
‘God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation’ - 2
Thessalonians 2:13
‘For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation’ -
1 Thessalonians 5:9
‘But let me reveal to you a wonderful secret. We will not all die, but
we will all be transformed!’ 1 Corinthians 15:51
‘God has saved us and called us’ - 2 Timothy 1:9
‘We have been justified through faith’ - Romans 5:1, Romans 5:9
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
13. Most churches believe that Jesus’ death was necessary for
the forgiveness of sins.
But Jesus, like all other prophets, taught that we can earn
salvation by obedience, repentance, and good deeds to help
others.
No human sacrifice is necessary for salvation.
No human bloodshed is necessary for salvation.
No savior should die for the salvation of others; everyone is
responsible for his own salvation.
Jesus has also confirmed the same in Matthew 18:21-35,
6:14-15, Mark 11:25-26, Luke 6:35-38, Matthew 19:16–19,
Matthew 21:43, and Matthew 25:41–46
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
14. When the scribes wanted to support the doctrine of atonement,
they have added verses like Matthew 18:11 For the Son of Man has
come to save that which was lost
The bible footnotes explain that verse Matthew 18:11 was not in
the original old scriptures
Hebrews 9:22 “without the shedding of blood there is no
forgiveness” is a misunderstanding of verse Leviticus 17:10-14
which is not about atonement but is about dietary laws. God has
clarified that blood in meat is not good for health; that clarification
was necessary to the people who did not have advanced medical
tools to know that eating the meat with the blood still in it is bad
for health
The true word of God is not what is written by the unknown writer
of Hebrews; it is what has been taught by Moses, David, Solomon,
Isaiah, Jesus and the Prophets who taught the forgiveness is
possible by obedience, repentance, and prayers
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
15. Proverbs 16:6 teaches that “In mercy and truth atonement is
provided for iniquity.”
Psalm 69:30-31 teaches that praise worship is better than sacrifice
2 Chronicles 7:14 teaches that forgiveness is obtainable without a
blood sacrifice
‘If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves,
and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I
will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin’
Jonah 3 teaches that people are forgiven when they repented and
fasted, without offering any sacrifice and without shedding any
blood.
When the scribes and scholars wanted to gain more authority, they
added verses like Mark 16:15 and Matthew 28:18
Bible footnotes confirm that [The earliest manuscripts and some
other ancient witnesses do not have verses Mark 16:9–20]
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
16. Just search the bible footnotes or search the internet about the verses
Mark 16:9–20 - you will also find that Matthew gospel includes many
verses of Mark gospel which was written earlier
When the scribes wanted to support the doctrine of Trinity; they have
added verses like 1 John 5:7
“For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and
the Holy Ghost: and these three are one”
The bible footnotes explain that verse 1 John 5:7 was not in the original old
scriptures.
The bible footnotes show many other additions in King James Version
which were added to support the claims of the trinity and which were not
in the old scripture; examples are:
In I John 4:3 ‘CHRIST is come in the flesh’ is an addition
In Matthew 8:2, 9:18, 15:25, 18:26, 20:20, Mark 5:6 the word ‘bow down'
was changed to ‘worshiped’.
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
17. Jesus referred to himself as “son of man”. Jesus was not all-
knowledgeable and he prayed to GOD, so this is enough to say that
he wasn’t God nor did God come down to earth to be Jesus.
Jesus said, “And this is life eternal, that they might know You the
only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.” John 17:3
Jesus said that he does not know everything; he said that only God
knows
But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in
heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father Mark 13:32
Jesus said that he is not equal to God
“I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge and my
judgment is just; because I seek not my own will, but the will of the
Father which hath sent me.” John 5:30
Jesus said, “The Father is greater than I.” John 14:28
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
18. “Jesus answered them, and said, my doctrine is not mine, but
his that sent me.” John 7:16
Jesus prayed to God as written in Mark 1:35, Luke 5:16, John
17:11, Matthew 26:39, Luke 10:21, Luke 22:44
“my Father and your Father; my God and your God” John
20:17
The disciples did not pray to Jesus, they prayed to the God
and Father of Jesus
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ…” 1
Peter 1:3
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
19. The Muslim scholars who justify killing of innocent people are not true Muslims
because they do not obey the Qur’an verses like 5:32, 4:90, 2:190, 8:61, 17:33,
25:68 and 6:151 which teach ‘You shall not kill - God has made life sacred’
The Muslim scholars who teach to kill the unbelievers are mistaken; verse 9:6 is
enough proof for their mistakes, because Muslims are supposed to protect the
unbelievers and they cannot protect them after killing them
The Muslims who justify killing of those who leave Islam are mistaken because
they do not obey the Islamic teachings like Qur’an verses 2:256, 16:125 and
18:29 which teach Freedom of Religion
The Muslim scholars who justify the killing of the hostages are mistaken; verse
8:70 proves that the hostage is not to be killed, because Muslims are supposed to
comfort the hostages and they cannot comfort them after killing them
The Muslim scholars who teach that Islam is the only true religion are mistaken;
they have been ordered to believe in what has been revealed to Moses, Jesus
and other Prophets as taught in Qur’an verses 3:84, 4:136, 4:152 and 42:13
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
20. The Muslim scholars who teach that the fate of people had
been determined before they were born and before they had
any chance to do good or bad are mistaken; they ignore the
basic Qur’an verses like 4:147, 4:152, 6:48, 6:54, 17:15,
45:15,43:72, 16:35, 19:63, 19:76, 20:112, 34:50, 37:39, 39:41,
39:70, 40:17, 47:17, 55:60, 56:24, and 18:107
The verses teach that God does not predestine people’s fate
but gives them the choice either to obey and do good deeds
or to rebel and do evil deeds; there is no punishment for
those who choose to obey and to thank God.
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
21. Brahmins urge simple people to donate and offer generous
gifts to the Brahmins claiming that people will get hundred-
thousand-fold rewards – Laws of Manu Chapter 7
An offering to Brahmins saves from misfortune and from
great guilt. – Laws of Manu Chapter 3
Brahmin sanctifies any company (which he may enter), seven
ancestors and seven descendants, and he alone deserves (to
possess) this whole earth – Laws of Manu Chapter 1
Chapter 7 teaches that Kings should honor Brahmins, should
be lenient towards Brahmins, and should consult them in
important decisions and should always obey them
Hindu priests teach that money given to Brahmins is declared
to be an imperishable treasure for kings
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
22. Chapter 8 teaches that Brahmins are the masters of everything and
authorizes Brahmins to decide in justice and law matters
Chapter 9 provides exceptional inheritance rights to Brahmins
Chapter 11 entitles Brahmins to take the law into their own hands
and settle the disputes without referring to law and justice system
of other castes
Brahmin is the image of God and is the master of all castes – Laws
of Manu Chapter 2 and 10
Bhagavad Gita indoctrinates the military leaders to obey the
Brahmins even if the military leaders were asked to kill their family
members
The clear message to the military leaders is not to attach to a
family or anything other than being a disciple to obey the
orders of Brahmins as an honor and duty
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
23. Of course there are considerable improvements, but that is
not because of better revelations or new scripture, it is
because the educated people have rejected the wrong
teachings
Priests are getting weaker; they cannot torture their
opponents like before
But the evaluation should be based on what they have done
when they had the power
More Gods mean more temples.
More temples mean more donations, offerings, and
generous gifts to Brahmins.
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
24. Moses warned of the expected turning from the way he has
commanded Jews, in Deuteronomy 31:27-29 he used strong
words like
“For I know how rebellious and stiff-necked you are. If
you have been rebellious against God while I am still
alive and with you, how much more will you rebel after I
die!”
And
“For I know that after my death you are sure to become
utterly corrupt and to turn from the way I have
commanded you. In days to come, disaster will fall on
you because you will do evil in the sight of God and
arouse his anger by what your hands have made”
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
25. Jesus has warned the priests who spend more time in the
houses of widows. In Matthew 23:14 he said
“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, because you
devour widows' houses, and for a pretense you make long
prayers; therefore you will receive greater condemnation”
In Matthew 7:15-20, Jesus warned of the false teachers who
mislead people
Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s
clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves
The same teaching is also written in Luke 6:43-44
Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
26. As Moses and Jesus warned of the false teachers who explain
religion to their benefits, the prophet of Islam has also warned of
those who ignore the true teachings and teach different teachings
“I will say those people are from me. It will be said, 'You do not
know what changes and new things they did after you.' Then I will
say, 'Far removed (from mercy), far removed (from mercy), those
who changed (the religion) after me!”
That is recorded in Bukhari 7051 Book 92, Hadith 4 and in Volume
9, Book 88, Hadith 174
The best advice is to follow the common ground of the clear
teachings as taught by the prophets. The same message revealed
to the prophets by the same God must be consistent, clear and
easy for all people regardless of their level of education or

Can all religions be correct? Can multiple God's exist?
27. The common ground of religion teachings includes:
If you obey and do good deeds to help others then you will
be saved and blessed; if you disobey, you will be lost and
cursed; that is the clear message. That message is the most
reiterated message by the wise inspired teachers, Moses,
David, Solomon, Isaiah, confirmed by Jesus and by Islamic
teachings

28. How can you validate my claims?
The best advice is to ask God to guide us to the truth.
The door is open for everyone to experience divine intervention
The wise and merciful father keeps his door open for his children
God has more wisdom and mercy than any wise merciful father
People can communicate with God at any time
Prophets of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam have urged us to ask God
and taught that God answers the prayers of the obedient believer.
Example verses are:
Psalm 107:28-30, Psalm 18:6, Psalm 145:18, 2 Chronicles 7:14, Isaiah
58:9
Matthew 7:7, Mark 11:24, Luke 6:27-28, James 4:2, Qur’an 2:186, Qur’an
40:60

29. Even if you are agnostic, you should not have a problem accepting a
creator for that marvelous universe, pray to that God.
Agnostics do not deny the existence of a creator, they do not like the
wrong religion teachings and the bad priests who reap the financial gifts in
exchange of the alleged spiritual gifts.
Do not call any name like the God of Judaism, Christianity, Islam, or
Hinduism, just pray to the only true God who has created everything.
Do not worry about how you will receive and understand the answer; God
has created us and he knows how to convey his message to us.
I have spent years wondering about what the purpose of life is.
I have analyzed the teachings of Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism, and Islam
and prayed to God to guide me to the truth.
I had some doubts about the teachings of a certain teacher, I have prayed
to God to guide me to the truth

30. I saw in a very clear dream that teacher in a form of a
criminal prisoner, has committed evil, waiting for his trial.
In another dream I saw a wolf hiding after attacking sheep; I
understood that message as the bad teacher who try to
mislead people by the bad teachings as Jesus explained in
Matthew 7:15-20
“Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's
clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves”.
I also remembered the Parable of the Weeds in which Jesus
warned us about the enemy who insert false teachings into
the scripture in Matthew 13:24-43
‘an enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat’

31. Pray and ask God to guide you about the teacher who claims that
God does not exist; you will see him in a bad image
Pray to God to know the truth about the teacher who teaches that
Jesus is God
Pray to God to know the truth about the teacher who claims that
God tests us in this life and will reward us according to our
obedience and good deeds
Pray to God to know the truth about the teacher who taught
original sin, atonement, salvation not based on obedience but
taught free salvation by a savior to die for our sins
Pray to God to know the truth about the priests who teach that
God created them from his mouth to glorify them and created
some other casts from his feet to let them serve the Brahmins
Pray to God to know the truth about the priests who teach that it is
o.k. to worship Vishnu, Shiva, Rama, or Krishna

32. If you see good roads, green views, good food that could be
explained as the true path and the spiritual food
If you see those priests in bad images, dirty roads, or rotten
food those could be indicators about the bad path of the
false teachers and their bad fruits (wrong teachings and
deeds)
You do not have to accept my views; you may check and
analyze the mentioned verses
You do not have to accept my claims about communication
with God; try to establish your own communication
You do not have to accept my personal experience; you know
how to communicate with God and it will be your own
personal experience

33. Scholars have been debating religions for thousands of
years
People should not wait for thousands of years when they
have been asked to consult God to guide them to the
truth
In our business, we do not let debates continue forever,
we escalate to higher level to settle the disputes
Again, do not worry about how you will receive and
understand the answer; God has created us and he knows
how to convey his message to us.
Isaiah 58:9 ‘Then you will call, and God will answer,
you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I’.
