Two Seattle schools will require students to stash their cellphones

Beginning this fall, students at Hamilton Middle School will have to put their cell phones in Yondr pouches. The pouches will be locked, meaning that students will not be able to access them during the school day.

In an effort to curb classroom distractions, two Seattle middle schools will require students to lock their cellphones in special pouches during the school day.
