I put together some potential lineups to take maximum advantage of the latest DBack . Let me know what you think. I am depending on Jack Somers suggestion that we might see much more from now healthy Jace Peterson in deciding between Peterson and Newman as subs.

Versus RH

Everyday - Carroll, Marte, Gurriel, Pederson, Walker, Suarez, Thomas, Moreno, Perdomo

Mix and match Gurriel, Walker and Suarez depending on how they are going, individual matchup history, Torey's ouija board or whatever. Going right-left-right as much as possible to make it togher for opps to match up relievers. If Lawlar does make the opening day roster he is going to take some playing time from Perdomo against RHers in addition to all the LHers.

Replacement for days off. Carroll, Marte, Pederson, Thomas, Perdoma are all N/A. Their days off will come against LHers. Moreno will be replaced by BCTBNL.

Gurriel, Replaced by McCarthy if still around, otherwise Grinchuk?

Suarez, replaced by Lawler if he makes opening day roster, more likely Peterson if still around, otherwise Newman.

Walker replaced by Smith if still around, otherwise ???. Pray for Walker's health and endurance everyone.

Versus LH

Everyday - Marte, Carrol, Gurriel, Walker, Suarez, Grichuk, Moreno, Thomas, Perdomo.. Depending on whether Pederson actually learns to hit lefties and Thomas struggles as badly as he has, the outfield might be Gurriel/Carroll/Grichuk with Pederson remaining at DH. Also, Lawlar at short in place of Perdomo if he makes ODR.

Replacement for days off. Walker, Gurriel, Suarez and Grichuk are all N/A. Their days off will come against RHers. Moreno will be replaced by BCTBNL.

Marte replaced by Lawler if he makes opening day roster, more likely Peterson if still around, otherwise Newman.

Carrol replaced by Pederson. The outfield will be Gurriel/Carroll/Grichuk with Pederson remaining at DH. Otherwise replaced by Thomas if Perderson made the everyday lineup against lefties. See above.

If Pederson replaced Thomas in the everday LH lineup, then Thomas will replace Pederson for days off.

Perdomo (assuming Lawlar didn't make the ODR) replaced by Peterson if still around, otherwise Newman. Perdomo likley to get a lot of days off against LHers.
