Saints to open preseason against Cardinals and 49ers

New Orleans will face their first two preseason opponents on the West Coast.

The New Orleans Saints will open their first two preseason games against the Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers, per Jeff Duncan.

The Saints will be hosting their training camp at the University of California- Irvine due to ongoing renovations at their facility, so it makes sense for them to remain on the West Coast for the first two preseason games.

The Saints will first play against the Cardinals for their preseason Week 1 match then return to California to take on the 49ers along with joint practices.
