Please contact constitutionfacts.com immediately upon receipt of a damaged or defective item and request a returns authorization number (RA#) prior to returning an item that is damaged or defective.
Any item ordered from constitutionfacts.com can be returned for any reason within seven (7) days of the date of order. Upon receipt of the returned item constitutionfacts.com will provide, at the customer’s request, either a constitutionfacts.com credit (less the cost of shipping), or a full refund on the credit card originally used to purchase the item (less the cost of shipping). Please allow up to fifteen (15) days from the receipt by constitutionfacts.com of the returned item to receive your credit or refund. To return an item, you must contact constitutionfacts.com in advance and request a returns authorization (RA) number. Any returns received without an RA number will not be accepted, nor will any returns received after fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Product Warranty
Books come with a 90 day warranty under normal use. If a product fails within 90 days, please contact constitutionfacts.com for a free replacement of the item.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order at any time prior to the order being shipped by calling constitutionfacts.com. Please note that some of our orders are shipped out the same day they are placed. Once an order has been shipped you must follow the constitutionfacts.com returns procedure described herein.
Delivery/Shipping Policy
We make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner once received. Most orders shipping within the U.S. ship within forty eight (48) hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. If an item is out of stock at the time of order, we will notify you and provide an estimated ship date. Most orders are delivered within the U.S. within 5-7 working days. Expedited service (overnight and 2-day shipping) is available at an extra charge by calling customer service at (800) 887-6661. Please contact customer service for international orders.
Orders for items in stock will ship via the method specified on the Web Site, or by any other shipment method selected by the Buyer from the options offered to the Buyer during the check-out process. Shipping dates given by constitutionfacts.com are approximate. Constitutionfacts.com will use its best efforts to meet the scheduled dates, but does not guarantee to do so. Failure to make shipments as scheduled does not constitute a cause for cancellation and/or damages under this Agreement. In the event of any delay requested by the Buyer or any delay caused by erroneous or inadequate shipping instructions, constitutionfacts.com may store all items ordered at the Buyer’s expense and risk for a reasonable period of time. If the Buyer fails to make payment in advance or when otherwise due, constitutionfacts.com may defer shipment until such payment is made, or may at its option cancel all or any part of any unshipped order.
