Free Welsh Localization for iOS Developers
As some of you may know, Applingua is headquartered in the capital of Wales, one of four nations that comprises the United Kingdom.
While we are a small country, anyone who visits our lush-green countryside or idyllic coastal towns will see just how passionate we are about many things, not least Welsh, our ancient and beautiful language.
We are currently offering all iOS developers localization into Welsh for FREE. That’s right, not a penny. Yay! There’s no catch, we just love our native language and would love to see some more apps utilising it!
We offered the deal to our clients a few months ago, but we’re now opening the offer up to all iOS app developers. We’re nice like that ;)
If you’ve already localized your app into other languages, it’s really just a matter of dragging and dropping your new cy.lproj resources. As iOS 8 natively supports Welsh, there’s also zero extra development work for you.
You’ll get an extra language, free of charge, your app will be listed on our Welsh App Directory and you’ll have a new sets of fans. Win win, right? :)
If you haven’t already localized your app, don’t worry. We can walk you through the process. You can also find tons of info in our free localization Knowledge Base :)
We can accept almost any app, so please send us your strings now and we’ll be happy to oblige!
Send your files to welsh@applingua.com or fill in our quote form if you’d like to include other languages. Drop us a line on Twitter if you have any questions! :)
