Norway Supports UN Reform The new agreement further solidifies Norway’s continued investment in making the UN more coherent and effective at country level. Norway's Permanent Representative, Ambassador Morten Wetland, and Sigrid Kaag, Director of the UN Development Programme's Partnerships Bureau, signed the agreement in New York. The funding will support a more coherent and coordinated UN at country level. It will strengthen the UN's ability to prepare high quality, focused, and strategic planning documents. These will guide the UN's joint response to, and support for, national strategies and priorities. Norway has provided support to DOCO (Development Operations Coordination Office) since 2003.
