About the Working Group on Country Office Business Operations (COBO)

The Working Group on Country Office Business Operations (COBO) helps UN country teams harmonize and simplify their business operations in areas such as human resources, information and communications technology, procurement, common premises, common services, roll-out of change management support, and HACT implementation. Harmonizing and simplifying business operations can increase efficiency and reduce overhead costs.
