Purchased SYSTEM MECHANIC PROFESSIONAL at local wal Mart.

I did not function properly so went to return to store. Was told "No refunds on that item."

Next, contacted iolo on oomputer where I left a message as the product is guaranteed. Received noticed that my letter will be replied too shortly.

You may be aware that IBM changed the name of their midrange system again earlier this year. Here is a hypothetical conversation that could take place in any shop that uses the platform:
