Worst experience of my life. Would give 0 if I could. They ruined my day and made the whole thing extremely stressful. Tracking app not working. Guy turned up with quarter of the van full of other peoples stuff so no space for my stuff. He couldn’t speak English so I couldn’t communicate with him. He had no clue what he was doing and obviously had never moved someone before. Clumsy with my things, leaving my mattress laying on ground outside for 2 hours for example. Took over 4 hours to load as the van was full of stuff and was so disorganised and the guys had no clue what they were doing (it was a one bed flat that takes an hour) then they disappeared to central London with everything own without telling me. Had to wait 9 hours to get my stuff back again. The whole move took 12 hours and should have been 3 max. AnyVan are an awful company. They are just an agent that connects you with a someone with a van and in their terms they say they are not liable for anything. They don’t give an **** about how you get treated but will happily take your money. They obviously don’t do any vetting or screening for who they will connect you with. What a horrible way to do business and make money. Customer service was a joke as well. DO NOT USE

I paid £160 for a scheduled move with 2 movers. Showed up very late and told me they would be charging me for "congestion" in the area. Edit: the driver asked for £15 for supposed congestion - he insisted on me paying in cash so I'm assuming this is also a scam. Then, there was only one individual even though I paid an extra £40 for two. The individual that did show up was rude and ended up damaging several of my items. I hired them for assistance because I have a joint condition that makes lifting painful, but because there was only one of them they asked for my assistance moving the boxes. When I called to complain/ask for a refund of the extra I paid for the second mover they told me they were sorry but they were not able to do so. Feeling scammed and like I paid to move my own boxes. Would never recommend.

Vaidas has been moving me and my ever growing pile of stuff for at least a decade now, whenever I’m moving I give him a call, I’ve recommended him and his team to many of my friends and I would be happy to again. Always professional, fast, competitive prices and a pleasure to be around. Last time (and hopefully the last for a while now that I’ve bought a house) I asked him to pack everything up for me, while I wasn’t even there! They sorted everything out for me, labelled everything and got it here in one piece. Absolute dude! Don’t waste your time calling anyone else! If he’s not available on the date you had planned I recommend you wait wait until he is!

Really recommend them. They were extremely efficient, communicative, and accommodating. I paid £207 for five boxes to be transported from Edinburgh to London. They were flexible with the amount of boxes and the shape, type, weight, and contents of the boxes (unlike other companies that are so picky). They delivered and dropped off on time and gave me a narrow time window, so I didn’t have to wait around all day. I called several times with questions and this lovely lady always answered and was very clear and on the ball. She quickly changed my order for me at late notice. The delivery man was also very adaptive and communicative with timings. The service was really everything I wanted (my friends have had nightmare experiences with other companies like LoveSpace). So I really recommend AZ movers.
