My child is 11 years old this year, he has been studying at ITgenio for more than a year, starting from learning SCRATCH, APP inventor to current animation, every teacher I meet is very patient in teaching. He is now better than other children of the same age in the field of computer programming. Moreover, the course fee is reasonable and will not cause too much burden. The class time is very flexible and can be well adapted to daily life. It is highly recommended.

I completed the level 2 & 3 personal training diploma recently and there were quite a few things that could have been better. When completing the level 2 certification, I had some assessment videos to upload. I had to re-take one of my one hour long videos because I had not done the correct exercises. My tutor had only sent me the LAP, not the blueprint file with the assessment criteria on it. Because I just went by the vague instructions on the LAP and not the blueprint (because I wasn’t sent it) my assessment video was not right, wasting my time and my friends time who was helping me out - all I got was a ‘sorry about that.’ When I submitted the video a second time I was told again that I did not tick one of the boxes completing a certain exercise but no explanation of what exactly i had to do for it. I submitted all of the coursework for the level 2 before Christmas which I was told by my tutor that it wouldn’t be reviewed until January 8th - totally understand over the festive period. I asked if he could give me access to the level 3 in the meantime so I could start studying whilst I had the time over the festive period - this did not happen and there was no communication around it. When I submitted my level 3 coursework, I was told that I would need to wait 4-6 weeks for my certificate whilst the company would be checked to ensure they are marking students correctly. I should have been made aware of this at the start (it would have been fine) and it also took 8 weeks in total. I emailed my tutor once 7 weeks had passed, he said he would look into it but another week passed and I still heard nothing. This sort of thing really trumps a student’s career progression - I haven’t been able to apply to some jobs without it. The communication between myself and TFG has been terrible. I have had next to no support on the coursework itself and have had to wait roughly 2 weeks for a reply to a simple question. The only person who was actually helpful throughout the whole experience was Pam. It is a real shame as I am looking to do my advanced nutrition course and my pre/post natal course as well but it absolutely will not be with The Fitness Group.

She was very friendly but she missed half of the hair- i wish i was being dramatic because she was so sweet but i payed for her to miss half. My legs were also left sticky.
