A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a "Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

What Should I Do If I Have A Problem?

• Please make sure you are using the latest version of Soledad theme. Check update changelog here to know what’s the latest version and this guide to know how to enable auto-updates the theme.
• Check the Online Documentation for the answer to your question – It can help you fast.
• If you’re getting an error, maybe you’re using a plugin that caused this issue. Please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins that come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let’s enable each plugin to check what’s plugin caused this issue.
• If you can not find a solution, please create a new ticket at our support forum and our support team will check it to help you.
• When open a ticket, please provide as clear as possible about the issue & URL of the issue, we recommend you should take a screenshot of the issue, it will very helpful for us to check
• Be patient and we will get back to you as soon as possible, normally it just takes some hours for maximum.
