We are experiencing an issue with the dispatch of user verification and password reset emails. This was due to our upstream service facing a major outage. As a result, users may not have been receiving their verification or password reset emails, which impacted their ability to complete the registration process, verify their accounts, or reset their passwords.
The upstream service has resolved their outage. Our services for dispatching user verification and password reset emails are now fully operational.

A subset of our customers are facing issues after updating to the latest version of the mobile app (v3.12.0). Our team is working to identify the root cause and fix the issue. We’ve identified the issue and are working on a fix, which will be published to the PlayStore and AppStore. In the meantime, if you’re facing this issue, you can either clear app data and login, or uninstall and reinstall the app.
