The DAF DB250 was a chassis of a bus, It had a step-entrance, It was built from October 1991 to 1997.

In 1991 It could only be built on Optare Spectra bodywork.[1][2]

In 1994, it was built with Northern Counties Palatine II bodywork.[3]

The DAF DB250LF was a chassis of a bus, It had a low-floor, It was built from 1998 to 2007.

It was built on Optare Spectra,[4] Alexander ALX400,[5] Plaxton President,[6] East Lancs Myllennium Lowlander[7] and Wright Pulsar Gemini bodies.

In November 2008, It was replaced by the Wright Gemini 2.[8]
