The VDL DB250[a] was a double-decker bus chassis, It had a step entrance and a low-floor. It was built by VDL Bus & Coach from 1991 to 2006.

DB250

The DAF DB250 was a step-entrance bus chassis, It was built from October 1991 to 1997.

In 1991 It could only be built on Optare Spectra bodywork.[1][2]

In 1994, it was built with Northern Counties Palatine II bodywork.[3]

DB250LF

The DAF DB250LF was a low-floor bus chassis, it was built from 1998 to 2007.

It was built on Optare Spectra,[4] Alexander ALX400,[5] Plaxton President,[6] East Lancs Myllennium Lowlander[7] and Wright Pulsar Gemini bodies.

In November 2008, It was replaced by the Wright Gemini 2.[8]
