What The Role Is
You provide specialised and industry-pegged expertise on learning science and pedagogical, trainer development, sports science (Training-Related), training innovation and technologies to drive the Training & Learning Development (T&LD) functions.
What You Will Be Working On
You also produce curriculum, training syllabus, and training lesson plans. In addition, you ensure that the knowledge management in the units is properly governed. Your challenge lies in being part of the overall SAF's next generation transformation effort to operationalise key training in the Island Defence Domain, including Homeland Security, Homeland Defence, and Military Policing.
What We Are Looking For
You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Learning Science and/or Training Development. Possession of good communication, time management, public relations, and organisation skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
