What The Role Is

You provide specialised and industry-pegged expertise on learning science, people development, sports science, technology and innovation to drive the Training and Learning Development functions.

What You Will Be Working On

In order to better understand the training systems requirements, you have to constantly keep updated and possess good knowledge on the job family’s operations and requirements.

What We Are Looking For

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least at least 3 years' relevant work experience. Possession of good communication, time management, public relations and organisation skills is required. You must also be able to manage multiple stakeholders to enhance training and performance. Appointment will be commensurate to your experience.
