Description

Hello,

since yesterday, duplicity returns the error message "504 Gateway Time-out".

Example:
https://wikidata-todo.toolforge.org/duplicity.php?wiki=enwiki&norand=1&page=Pavlo%5FKordiyaka

Duplicty is called from PetScan for example, when clicking on "check wikidata":

https://petscan.wmflabs.org/?psid=25301966&al_commands=P31%3AQ5

We don't know where issues are supposed to be reported as https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/tools/id/wikidata-todo is unfortunately empty. CC'ing @Magnus with a request for clarification.

I have restarted the webservice, all good now.

The underlying question is how the webservice got into such a bad state without restarting itself?
