Wrap "add undocumented parameter" button when screen is too small

Description

Currently, the button text isn't wrapping, creating horizontal scrolling on small screens. This ticket is to add the missing wrapping for both words that are too long and phrases that are too long (similar to T300008). When in focus, the edges of the button should align with width of the parameter input fields.
