Meanwhile, I have some question for you. First of all, why did you indefinitely full protect your user page and your talk page (both of them recursive protection) without any reason before to lose the flag? Also, in all your sysop action (most of them are deletions made on 16 April) the comment was not filled, and this is wrong because no one can understand the reason of your actions. I also saw, in the log, a self-block (when you try to block yourself you see in red "You are about to block yourself! Are you sure you want to do that?" and also you have to check a "Confirm block" box), so I'm wondering if you did it on purpose or was it a missclick? Lastly, you're GIPBE and there are no active local blocks on IPs (last open proxy block was made on 2008), so actually there was no reason to give yourself indefinitely the IPBE flag.   1. Why I protect my user page and user talk page before lost the flag: To protect from vandalism in future. Although not many people go to edit this project.
  2. The most deletions on 16 April the comment was not filled: I forgot to fill it! Sorry. but the reason is the unused template.
  3. Why I block myself: I just test it. Bruh.
  4. I not give myself indefinitely the IPBE flag. I give the IPBE flag to CommonsDelinker.

I have a mixed feeling about this request. If your stated objective is to delete pages (which comprises a majority of your logged action) on the Wiki with relatively no activity, Global Sysops may be the better choice to handle housekeeping works. In addition, during your Adminship Nomination at Thai Wikiquote, other editors has expressed concerns about hat collection in other projects, unexplained and questionable administrative action, and the insufficient knowledge of Lao Language. Some even suggested that Global Sysops and/or Stewards can take care of the housekeeping works at the small project such as Lao Wikis. Given your minimal contribution history at both Lao Wikis and the substantial concern by other editors at Thai Wikiquote adminship nomination that has not been addressed during the last few months, I am unable to support the renewal of your adminship for the two Laos Wikis. --G(x) (talk) 17:29, 6 May 2023 (UTC)

So I kindly ask you to remove the protection from your own talk page and user page (also it's a full protection, and if someone want to write you, they can't) and to always fill the edit/log summary! @DreamRimmer: I just noticed that you created your local user on awawiki the same day you requested the flag (see here) and after creating new categories (some are still empty). This seems a bit weird to me. While I'd like to see more people helping in small projects, I need to understand what's your experience with Awadhi language, with the administrator tools (if any), and also what kind of work do you plan to do (aside from deleting spam). @Superpes15, I am aware that I need interface administrator permissions in order to edit JS and CSS pages. I was going to request the interface admin in a few days instead of taking on this gadget work right away because I had suggested HotCat as the first gadget on Wikipedia where it was determined to construct categories in a month. Since I am from India and am fluent in several of the local languages, I am well-versed in the Awadhi language. When I first learned about the Awadhi language version of Wikipedia, I felt sorry looking at its articles and main page because the project has been filled with entries that have been outdated and incorrectly named for many years. My goal is to improve this Wikipedia by creating some necessary pages, protecting them, deleting spam pages, deleting pages with incorrect titles, and importing some essential content. I would only request the right for three months because I am also short on time, but for the time being, I can solve it, and if I still have the time after three months, I will apply again. Instead of voluntarily working with administrator privileges, my aim is to develop a transparent Awadhi encyclopaedia. I also won't be documenting any foreclosures here. I have asked for this right because I need it to organise this wiki. I qualify for a number of privileges, even on the English Wikipedia, but I don't favour collection of caps. You asked about category creation and some empty categories that I created; thus, my response is that there was not a single category on this Wikipedia at the time I visited. We only inform our local community (Komunitas Wikimedia Banjar), not the bigger one like Wikimedia Indonesia. Also, the users who vote are from our local community but they are rarely contributed to the Wikimedia projects. I hope this answers your question and if you want to make sure this is real we can promote this election in Wikipedia Indonesia.

@Volstand: Uhm there's no reason to inform users offwiki! This could be considered canvassing. A request for administrator pass also without any vote. It makes no sense to inform users who "rarely contributed to the Wikimedia projects" and to ask them to vote because their vote don't count at all. I don't consider any vote in this case but, since you already get the flag before for 6 months and I understand that this is an honest mistake, I'll flag you for 1 year (and I'd have done it even without votes)!

So I have to re-apply". You didn't mention at all IA flag. So we can't give the IA flag to you at the moment. Just start a new discussion, we should grant it for the same time of the sysop flag, and next time please remember to specify that you request both flags in the RfA! Not done I appreciate the efforts to form a consensus, but there is no way that we can let an RFP run and still be valid 7.5 months later. The minimum timeline is about 1 week, the maximum I'd come to accept is likely 3 weeks. Beyond that, your voting structure makes it hard to verify that people voted. We got permissions from the source site to import with CC-BY-SA compatible to Wikipedia license, as well as explicit permission in OTRS (he:משתמש:Geagea/האנציקלופדיה היהודית (jewiki.org.il).     Xaosflux, thank you - I did some exercises with XML import (testwiki:Special:Log/ערן). I learned that the import option already protect from username conflicts using builtin mediawiki option "Interwiki prefix:" added to users- so it seems like I don't even have to run pre-processing to modify the usernames. I confirmed my pre-processing to extract only specific pages from large XML file works properly and the import seems to provide the desired results. (e.g - preserving history and credits for original authors, and no links to local users with similar names). thanks, eranroz (talk) 16:01, 20 May 2023 (UTC)
    @ערן for your example pages, there needs to be a way to attribute the source besides the fake interwiki prefix, especially declaring the licensing type, where that license was declared, etc; a talk page message may be what to do there, and include a note about that in the import log summary. Can you demonstrate how this will be declared (no need to actually import more pages, but you are welcome to do all the tests you need there).
