Scheduled - Until the end of May 2024, Atlassian plans to perform maintenance on the infrastructure supporting the Jira and Confluence platforms.
This maintenance will result in a temporary service outage for Free edition users located in Brazil, with a total duration of no more than 120 minutes per customer. The outage will occur outside the standard maintenance window, which is from 1-3 AM local time.
Efforts will be made to minimize disruption by scheduling maintenance during low activity periods, such as late night or early morning.

Between 07:06am UTC to 07:56am UTC, we experienced degraded functionality for Automation rules in Confluence, Jira Work Management, Jira Service Management, and Jira Software. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally. Some events during that period have not triggered the execution of Automation rules. Other events did trigger the execution of Automation rules as expected, but with a delay of several minutes.

We are investigating cases of degraded performance for Automation rules for some Confluence, Jira Work Management, Jira Service Management, and Jira Software Cloud customers. Some events have not timely triggered Automation rules today between 8:06am UTC and 8:51am UTC. We believe the rules are being triggered normally now.
