Thanks for the question - it is a bit of a limitation on our side. 
We do not start the RC and MSR timers in the sub-questions automatically in the Quiz. I think we will look into making it a reality and force the timers to start but not at this time unfortunately so you have to manually click "PLAY" button on the RC/MSR timers (any time there is more than 1 question on the page).

While it explains the reasoning for the most merchants, it doesn't answer why the rest of the merchants would still want the payment to be made in that particular kind of minted gold. 
2. Moreover, even if for a second, we assume that this option had addressed "all" instead of "most", this would still not be enough. Here's why - Option E states that "they could not sell the metal unless it was first refined". The passage nowhere mentions that "nearly" pure/refined gold would work in the situation, or to be more precise - 92%

True and honest opinion from an actual user. It’s such a waste of money. All the consultants are confused students themselves with absolutely no idea of what they’re saying. The consultants are unavailable most of the time and I got a response from them after 2 days for small quick questions. They take an hefty amount of money as an advance and do not provide services according to what they sell before receiving the money. Do not sign up with them. Save yourself from a continuous chase after their staff members and consultants and the stress they give. Good luck!

The function increases and attains max at x=e (2.71).

As 1<m<n
Hence you’ve to check for x=2,3,4. For x beyond 2.71, function decreases hence the inequality won’t hold true.

So we have only 2 solutions.
