Reproduction steps

Play video, mouse scroll on video

Expected behavior

Video playback changes position

Actual behavior

Volume changes level

Hope this is not a deliberate change, scrolling to change the video position is (for me at least) the single most helpful control.

You can restore the old bindings by pasting this in input.conf
