An entire album (not just sample clips, either, but the complete song files) by a musical group, uploaded for promotional purposes not consistent with Wikipedia's mandate. The problem here isn't copyright per se, as they were uploaded CC by an editor whose username indicates a direct connection to the group -- rather, the problem is that the article about the ensemble was also self-created and is up for has already been deleted by AFD as highly advertorialized and unreferenced, and the files were clearly uploaded in an attempt to misuse Wikipedia as an alternative to Spotify or Bandcamp.
This is not what Wikipedia is for -- even if they did clear WP:NMUSIC (which there's no evidence that they do), Wikipedia is still not a PR platform for musical groups to write about themselves in a promotional manner or to distribute downloads or streaming copies of their own music.
