A barnstar for you!

The Special Barnstar
This is to give you well-deserved credit for your amazing contributions in the fields of Pakistani Arts and Entertainment especially in Films and Music Hope you can continue doing this. Cheers.... Ngrewal1 (talk) 16:08, 4 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

    @Ngrewal1: It's within your discretion to award barnstars, but I've noticed that you've awarding barnstars to users some of who were later found to have sock puppets. While this particular user hasn't been identified as a sockpuppet yet, their editing history does raise a lot of doubts. When awarding, distinguish between editors who positively contribute and those who engage in disruptive behavior. —Saqib (talk | contribs) 11:29, 30 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Shazeal Shoukat

Hello - since you created the BLP on Shazeal Shoukat and cited a video source as reference, could you please specify the timestamp in the interview where the actress mentioned her early life details? I hope you're not adding WP:OR into BLPS by using fabricated references. —Saqib (talk | contribs) 16:09, 27 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I have written it from her interview. I will do the timestamp.(BeauSuzanne (talk) 16:12, 27 April 2024 (UTC))[reply]
You included details such as her date of birth and birthplace. Could you please provide the specific section of the video where she mentions these details? —Saqib (talk | contribs) 16:38, 27 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It was in her interview on Express Channel. Now I couldn't find the video but she mentioned her birthplace and education. In the recent short video from ARY Digital which I add she mentions about her school and education briefly.(BeauSuzanne (talk) 08:35, 28 April 2024 (UTC))[reply]
This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of your contributions and your approach to BLPs. Are similar practices being employed elsewhere? This is a contentious area and failure to comply with policies could result in being blocked. —Saqib (talk | contribs) 17:12, 28 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I am honest that I don't have any connection with anyone nor do I do know anyone here. I was once mistaken but I told them that I don't have any connection or am paid contributor. I simply just want to contribute. I admit my mistake that I didn't properly added video source which was my mistake but now I achrive it and add it.(BeauSuzanne (talk) 18:09, 28 April 2024 (UTC))[reply]
The BLP in question, which you've now acknowledged adding WP:OR to, was created earlier this year. However, your editing history under this username spans back to 2020, during which you've created hundreds of BLPs (majority on non-notable actors). So this prompts the question. Have you been engaging in similar behavior over the past 3/4 years? Your denial of any wrongdoing lacks credibility. —Saqib (talk | contribs) 18:23, 28 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes I made this article now. Back in 2020 when I started making articles I didn't knew about that it can be request for undeletion of articles. And I would make articles which were deleted But I don't know who made them back then and how were they made and how the articles looked. Now recently I learned of it that a delete article can be requested for Undeletion request. And I am not a paid contributor and I don't know anyone.(BeauSuzanne (talk) 18:36, 28 April 2024 (UTC))[reply]
The facts don't seem to support the claims being made. Your sole use of WP:REFUND, specifically for Natalia Awais in 2020 and there's been no subsequent engagement with WP:REFUND. Therefore, your claims seem unfounded. —Saqib (talk | contribs) 18:44, 28 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes I did ask for Natalia Awais but I didn't know it the proper way to get it back. Now I learned the proper way like I said I was new to everything here.(BeauSuzanne (talk) 18:57, 28 April 2024 (UTC))[reply]
I will check for the video interview again. This is not the interview. If it's not founded I will remove the early life section. But I found her old interview which used to be on Youtube now it's deleted. The old interview is on the mixcloud should I add it here. (BeauSuzanne (talk) 19:12, 28 April 2024 (UTC))[reply]

Introduction to contentious topics

You have recently edited a page related to articles about living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.

A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.

Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:

  • adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
  • comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
  • follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
  • comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
  • refrain from gaming the system.

Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

I've noticed that you continue to add unreliable and unacceptable sources to BLPs. Please refrain from doing so.—Saqib (talk | contribs) 09:42, 30 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
