Hello - I appreciate your handling my edits to the Smith & Wesson page via the proper mechanisms. I am not a skilled wikipedian nor do I have time to fight a fight on wikipedia to make sure good information is provided rather than just corporate propoganda. The same user who removed my edits to Smith & Wesson also removed my edits to American Outdoor Brands Corporation: Revision history. It'd be amazing if you could take a look and do as you judge best. Thanks! — Preceding [[Wikipedia:Signatures|unsigned]] comment added by [[User:Sipos111|Sipos111]] ([[User talk:Sipos111#top|talk]] • [[Special:Contributions/Sipos111|contribs]]) 19:40, 16 February 2018 (UTC) |

BTW - just wanted to point out that the user who edited my S&W edits is far from neutral when it comes to the content they are editing (as am I, clearly). https://lightbreather.com/wikipedia-pro-gun-eds-niteshift36-and-springee-c2accb697911 |

Calvin discovers Wikipedia
- "A little rudeness and disrespect can elevate a meaningless interaction into a battle of wills and add drama to an otherwise dull day." -- Calvin, of Calvin and Hobbes. --Guy Macon 7&6=thirteen (☎) 13:55, 12 April 2017 (UTC)

Userboxes
Hi 7&6=thirteen! I am all done creating my user page. Please come check out what I have done! Colman2000 (talk) 21:21, 4 February 2018 (UTC)
- Nicely done! Looks like you've got a nice balance of stuff. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 22:45, 4 February 2018 (UTC)
- Thank you! Do you have some similarities of what I have posted on my user page? Colman2000 (talk) 22:57, 4 February 2018 (UTC)
- there is no right way or wrong way to do this. It's a matter of taste, art, communication. What do you want the people who chance onto your WP:User page to pick up? And how do you want them to react? It is advertising, politics and philosophy all rolled into one. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 23:02, 4 February 2018 (UTC)

- Pretty cool! Thanks for the advice! What I was asking you above is with what I have on my user page, do you have some of the same favorites and same things I have on my user page that you like to do, too? Do you like watching some of the same TV shows I have on my user page that I like? That was what the comment I wrote above meant. Also, I am interested in law, because, heck, you're a lawyer! You can actually see that I am training myself to become a cop, and I am interested in law. Colman2000 (talk) 23:10, 4 February 2018 (UTC)
- I often work with the police and teachers. Both have very tough jobs. I also spend lots of time in Indiana and Ohio. 23:19, 4 February 2018 (UTC)

Really? I have always wanted to go to Ohio! I agree that the police and teachers have tough jobs, but I know I can do it! I am not doubting myself. Colman2000 (talk) 19:46, 5 February 2018 (UTC)

Thanks for helping to get Yampa at the head of the fleet. Your contributions have put more wind into its sails. Doug Coldwell (talk) 20:57, 5 February 2018 (UTC) |
- Thank you very much. Your DYK is deserved, and hopefully will run with that great picture. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 21:12, 5 February 2018 (UTC)
Please comment on proposed edits
Hi. Knowing your strong common sense and goodwill, I kindly ask you to look at my recent proposed edits to The National Memo article and comment on them here. They are reasonable and neutral, but I can't persuade the reviewing editor to include them into the article. Thank you. -- Bbarmadillo (talk) 17:52, 7 February 2018 (UTC)
- I put back "Its editorial stance is predominantly from a left-wing point of view." Hope that helps. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 18:08, 7 February 2018 (UTC)
- Thank for this little help. However, this is not right and misleads the reader. Website is liberal and progressive. Please check my proposed edits at the talk page (last post). This description is properly referenced. Adweek article says "new progressive email newsletter" and "That pulled together a large list of progressives, liberals, and Democrats across the country, who are very interested in political issues". So left-wing is a clear overstatement (and it is not supported by trusted sources). I think you better express your point of view at the talk page rather than by editing the article (it got a bit "toxic", I suppose) :) -- Bbarmadillo (talk) 18:23, 7 February 2018 (UTC)
- I am not a reader (that I recall) of the Naional Memo. So I am no better than the sources. 18:33, 7 February 2018 (UTC)
- Then you should probably revert your edit, lol. -- Bbarmadillo (talk) 22:10, 7 February 2018 (UTC)

New Page Reviewer Newsletter
Backlog update:
- The new page backlog is currently at 3819 unreviewed articles, with a further 6660 unreviewed redirects.
- We are very close to eliminating the backlog completely; please help by reviewing a few extra articles each day!
New Year Backlog Drive results:
- We made massive progress during the recent four weeks of the NPP Backlog Drive, during which the backlog reduced by nearly six thousand articles and the length of the backlog by almost 3 months!
General project update:
- ACTRIAL will end it's initial phase on the 14th of March. Our goal is to reduce the backlog significantly below the 90 day index point by the 14th of March. Please consider helping with this goal by reviewing a few additional pages a day.
- Reviewing redirects is an important and necessary part of New Page Patrol. Please read the guideline on appropriate redirects for advice on reviewing redirects. Inappropriate redirects can be re-targeted or nominated for deletion at RfD.
If you wish to opt-out of future mailings, go here. 20:32, 7 February 2018 (UTC)
Your edit to the "National memo" article
Please revert your edit to The National Memo article. Left-wing position is not well supported by trusted sources. Thank you. -- Bbarmadillo (talk) 09:20, 11 February 2018 (UTC)
- Can't undo it due to conflicting edits. I am not opposed to whatever the consensus is on the article talk page. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 11:55, 11 February 2018 (UTC)
