Use this tag like this:

[[link]]{{dn}}

...to make a superscript link that looks like this:

link[disambiguation needed]

The tag is used on a link that needs to be fixed because it goes to a disambiguation page. The tag is intended to be used only when an editor has tried to fix the link but not succeeded. Most links to disambiguation pages do not have or need this tag.

The tag automatically places the article into Category:Articles with links needing disambiguation. Do not manually add articles to that category.

Usage

{{dn}}
[disambiguation needed]

{{dn|WORD}}
WORD [disambiguation needed]

{{dn|LINK|WORD}}
WORD [disambiguation needed]
