Tebing Tinggi Island is an island off the northern coast (Strait of Malacca) of Riau Province, Sumatra, Indonesia. Not to be confused with Tebing Tinggi city in Northern Sumatra. It is directly west of Padang Island and directly south of Rangsang Island.
