Integrity Media is a privately held media communications company that publishes and distributes Christian music, films and related materials. The corporate offices are located in Mobile, Alabama, with subsidiary offices in Tennessee and foreign offices in Singapore, South Africa and the United Kingdom.

History

By 1995 the firm was publicly traded on Nasdaq under the symbol ITGR.[1] The company changed its name in 2002 to Integrity Media to better reflect its move into other markets. Also in 2002, the firm purchased the Nashville-based record label INO Records. This added to their artist roster, which already included Don Moen, Hillsong Music, Paul Baloche, and Israel and New Breed. The label also released the soundtrack to the film The Passion of the Christ.[2]

In 2005, Integrity Music and INO Records began distribution through Sony BMG as part of the Provident Label Group.[3] Integrity also sells music, film and digital media via direct mail and Internet sales, as well as direct mail greeting cards through DaySpring/Hallmark.

In 2011, Integrity Music was sold to ministry company David C. Cook.[4]

Integrity Asia is located in Singapore and delivers Integrity Music products to countries in Asia-Pacific They also sell other Integrity Music Christian albums that they do not sell in the United States.

Integrity Europe

Integrity Europe is located in the UK and serves the UK and Ireland, and, through its distributor GMI, all of mainland Europe. Within the UK, Integrity distributes the entire Integrity Music catalogue, plus that of Provident Label Group (including Verity Records, Reunion Records, Beach Street Records and Cross Movement), Maranatha! Music, Sony Music, Time Life and Parachute Records.

Integrity Media Africa

Integrity Media Africa has offices in Durban, South Africa and delivers products within South Africa and other African countries. It also distributes the Provident Label Groupincluding Verity Records, Reunion Records, Beachstreet Records and Cross Movement), Maranatha! Music, Furious?, Planetshakers, and Parachute Records.
