Resolved - We've resolved the issue. All systems are back online

Update - We have been experiencing a global outage with one of our third-party systems, which has temporarily impacted our MT5 and cashier systems. Our Deriv team has found and applied the solution accordingly. We will keep monitoring, if any further issue arises.
