English: High magnification micrograph of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, abbreviated CTCL. H&E stain.

Features:

  • Nests of lymphocytes in the epidermis; "Pautrier microabscesses".
  • Single lymphocytes in epidermis; "lymphocyte exocytosis".
  • Short linear arrays of lymphocytes along the basal layer of the epidermis; "epidermotropism".
