The monument was completed in 1932 by Jean Curot (1882–1954), François Demuth (year of death unknown, born in 1884), and Ernest Grosber (1884–1955). There is no freedom of panorama in Luxembourg. The copyright term of the country is 70 years, and the image can be undeleted in 20262028 (due to COM:URAA).
