The Archaeological Museum was built in 1948 so it's still subject to copyright, and there is no Freedom of Panorama in Albania.

My files were uploaded with WikiLovesMonuments temporary autorization, so must keep. --Sailko (talk) 16:11, 4 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
What is this. The file University of Tirana is taken by me, and I had a deletion request on it. --TorbjørnS (talk) 10:35, 9 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@TorbjørnS: File:University of Tirana02.JPG depicts a work of architecture that is subject to copyright, and since wikimedia commons doesn't accept images subject to copyright, it probably can't stay here. - Themightyquill (talk) 15:17, 9 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Ok. Thanks for explaining. I never knew a whole building could be copyrighted, but OK. --TorbjørnS (talk) 17:18, 10 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Keep it. Museum was opened in 1948, but the building is older – built for other used. Architect is it:Gherardo Bosio, who died in 1941. So, this is PD. See also de:Mutter-Teresa-Platz. --Albinfo (talk) 17:43, 22 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
That's great news, Albinfo! Any chance this also applies to Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Presidency, Tirana (or even Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Palace of Culture (Opera), Tirana) ? It would be great if we could save those images too. - Themightyquill (talk) 20:35, 22 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
No, unfortunately not. --Albinfo (talk) 21:52, 22 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: PD as discussion. --Ronhjones  (Talk) 01:31, 5 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
