Ward (the owner) is an honest, good man who does everything he can to make sure his customers are satisfied. We had a difficult situation with an older heat pump that had been repaired, and when we needed some follow up help soon after, Ward responded immediately (after hours!!), arriving the next day (a holiday!!!) to demonstrate what was wrong and help us find a solution we could afford. Thank you Ward and Sweat Cool!

I'm not a customer, I'm a subcontractor providing propane service on generator installations for Sweat Cool. I've been in the HVAC mechanical field for 30 years -- 27 years up NY/CT in oil heat and 3 years in propane here in AL/FL. 17 of those years I had the opportunity to work for a company in NY run by a man with one directive: take care of the customer -- do it right, be honest, and fair. Haven't seen anybody else work by those standards since... until now working with Ward. This is a man with integrity to do the right thing by his customers and has good people working for him that follow that same mindset. Take it from somebody in this trade, finding people that actually care is golden. Highly recommend Sweat Cool...

Freon and they claimed that we had a leak and needed welding , 30 minutes and out that quick? Welding takes a lot longer and charged us 400 bux. We were not on site and we asked for a picture he never emailed. We never gave them the ok to go forward but ward decided to do it and said they are busy. Will never use them again.
