Mr. Dile at Locks By The Bay was professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and provided education on our locks as he did his work. He was even able to find a replacement knob that had been discontinued so that all my hardware would match. He rekeyed all 10 sets of doors, reset 3 electronic locks, and is returning to replace the needed knob already mentioned. On top
of that, he was even nice to the family dog. You can't go wrong using Mr. Dile!

We had a problem with our Dodge Ram key fob. He quoted us a higher price and met up with us within a half hour. Fixed the key within just a few minutes and then charged us less than half of the quoted price! Great service, speedy service and wonderful price! Thanks so much!
