      Great spot for brunch.
Absolutely crowded which means long lines.
Service staff is friendly and the delivery of the food once ordered is not long.
Ambiance is casual but expect conversations all around and a loud environment.
Food is wonderful and the portions are enough to share.
We had a side of chicken sausage/patty. A mushroom omelette and a crab benedict.
Everything is enjoyable and very tasty.
      A wonderful spot for brunch.

Kitchen Story is really worth the hype. I visited the San Francisco location. I had their Belly Rancheros breakfast tacos and really loved every bite. They were generously filled and had a unique flavor. I also tried the Berries Smashed cocktail, and it's perfect if you like a sweater drink.
It was crowded and a little loud which was expected, but we didn't mind. Our server was very nice and helpful. I went with a group of four so it wasn't too crazy. I can see why it's a trendy and popular brunch destination.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience and will be back soon.

Read great reviews, drove for quite a bit and had friends join us from far away as well.

Very disappointed by the food. Even the service was not very welcoming with staff uncaring about where they put the plates in a hurry and just general unfriendly demeanor.

Ordered a French toast, a chicken melt, an Athenia omelette and would rate each of them as a 2 star. FSOJ was good!

They don't let you take a seat unless your entire party has arrived so please be mindful of that when you plan to visit here

This place holds a special place in my heart, it was my go-to brunch spot throughout college. After years away, I finally returned, and it did not disappoint.

The atmosphere is still perfectly casual, ideal for catching up with friends or grabbing a quick solo brunch. The service was attentive and friendly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because we felt a bit rushed. Our waitress checked in on us frequently, asking if we needed anything. This became annoying, so we decided to leave.

Now, onto the food! My friend and I both dove into the Ribeye Omurice, and wow, the portions are massive! I even struggled to finish mine. The dish itself is pure comfort food heaven. The classic omelet gets a serious upgrade with the addition of juicy, ground ribeye. It's incredibly satisfying and everything I crave in a brunch dish.

Overall, this visit was a delicious trip down memory lane. While the service could be less intrusive, the amazing food guarantee I'll be back soon!

Bottomless mimosas will be get you in trouble here. Not that I would know.

I've actually had Kitchen Story bookmarked for a handful of years, knowing it was a popular meet up spot for our company. A group of five of us jetted over here after landing in SF. We got there an hour or so before close, and we ended up doing it big.

They boast a large menu with omelettes, benedicts, burgers, breakfast plates, and some unique Asian-influenced items. Having been up way too early for my flight and not eating for much longer than I anticipated, I wanted a fairly simple breakfast plate.

Although everything else looked Insta-worthy, I had to go with I was in the mood for. I didn't love that the scrambled eggs was essentially an omelette, but I scarfed it down anyway. It was stacked with potatoes, bread, and bacon. Overall a very solid, albeit fancy-ish breakfast.

Now besides the bottomless mimosas, you must (and when I say must YOU MUST) order the Millionaire's Bacon Flight. It's pure insanity. It's basically a sampler of Original Millionaire's Bacon, Citron Bacon, Cinnamon Bacon, and Rosemary Bacon. It's thick, tender, and flavorful as all can be. Definitely some of the best bacon you'll find anywhere!

Service was fine at best. I think they were annoyed with us from the get go. But like, hey we're here to drink bottomless mimosas after all! Give us some party vibes, ya know?

Come for the mimosas, stay for the baller bacon!

Deep Fried French toast (3/5): what I like to call a nap haha. The syrup really helps bring the dish together and I love the fresh fruit. I realized since the marscapone gets cooked, the flavor isn't like marscapone frosting in tiramisu or cakes but rather has a strong milky taste that I personally wasn't the biggest fan of

      A couple quick tips/notes:
      - Instead of doing bottomless mimosas which is 1 hr, I'd recommend buying the champagne/prosecco and just getting some orange juice for a group of 3 or more. It'll be cheaper and there isn't a time limit. This is especially great if you're full table doesn't want to drink
      - If you have a large party (6+), you'll all have to check in together and that's when the timer for when you can get seated gets started

After 2 years in SF, I'm surprised I haven't visited here before but it makes sense why it's such a popular brunch spot. I definitely have to visit back to try more of their savory options.

This place gets super busy on the weekends but we did not wait too long for a table on a Saturday afternoon! You can pick between indoor or outdoor seating. I recommend sitting outside as it's normally good weather when I go. Seating inside is a bit noisy and hard to hear others with the music and everything going on.

Coming from someone who isn't a big fan of brunch food, I absolutely enjoyed everything. One of the few brunch spots I'll gladly take on!

      Everything we ordered:
      -Avocado Salad
      -Millionaire Bacon
      -Deep Fried French Toast
      -Ribeye Omurice
      -Big Hass
      -Spicy Burger
      -Mom's Benedict

Don't sleep on the avocado salad!! It is the freshest thing you'll ever taste. It also has a lot of chicken so it fills you up!

Millionaire bacon is always good, but this time it was a little harder than usual, maybe since the pieces weren't as fatty, but I still like the brown sugar glaze on it.

Deep Fried French Toast can be shared with the whole table. We added caramelized bananas and walnuts which were yummy. The toast has like a wet cream cheese style filling and is very heavy. 8/10

I had the Mom's Benedict which came with 2 poached eggs and a meat patty on toast. The meat patty took away from the hollandaise sauce and made it taste more like a burger, but the eggs and sauce were quite tasty. 7/10

Kinda pricey for a brunch place, with almost every item costing upwards $20, but it's SF so what do i expect!

      Mmm mmm good!
      Impeccable service, casual dining environment.

I had the 2 egg breakfast with millionaire bacon, pancakes with strawberry and banana, and a bomb ass dirty chai!!! The best dirty chai I've had! I'll be back again and again!!! I love breakfast!!! My new favorite!

This place is for family, friends, or just flying solo!

Came here for a friend's birthday with a group of 8 people on a Saturday at 11:30 AM. We were seated in 20 minutes after putting our name on the waitlist, which is pretty good for a party of that size. Parking seems difficult to find in the area, so make time for that if you're trying to get there at a certain time.

Our group was committed to get bottomless mimosas, and they brought that out first for us. You only get 60 minutes to drink and don't give you a pitcher but they're very good at refilling glasses. These mimosas did their job -- I held back, but everyone else in my party got effectively inebriated. Wish they were iced more because they were not cold, but with how many refills the waitstaff had to go around doing, I can understand.

I got the Frisco Benedict, which was great. The potatoes were great to dip in the egg yolk after, and I loved the chicken mango sausage. I love the choice of a ciabatta roll for eggs benedict.

Overall, had a good time celebrating my friend's birthday. Lovely to sit outside in the sun, would come again!

Orders: CALIFORNIA BURGER | MOM'S BENEDICT | FORT POINT TROPICAL IPA

I've loved this brunch spot for many years now! Such an awesome fusion of Asian & American cuisine with really fresh, seasonal ingredients. I loved the California Burger with sprouts, avocado, arugula & goat cheese!

I've also had the Mascarpone Stuffed Deep Fried French Toast before and it is a g-dang REVELATION. So is the Bloody Mary... I've never had anything that disappoints.

Expanded outdoor patio and a good amount of seating inside. There's usually a wait, but hear you me - so worth it!!
