The product which I like most are crypto earn and target price swap. The platform itself very easy and user-friendly to use. I also like to read news info and listen to social block found in Nexo. Besides, that I found Nexo support team very proactive resolved the issues which I encountered.

Nexo is a one of simple and easy to work with exchange. It's web and mobile apps are user friendly (for a new comer and an experienced trader).

Had an internet issue with connecting my Nexo - emailed the Stuff from Nexo and bam with in minutes got a response back with clear direction on how to fix the problem
Emailed them again and bam returned emailed with in seconds
Impressed with customer service
Unlike many exchange was surprised how quickly team responded

I have been using Nexo since its beginning. I have deposited and withdrawn considerable amounts of money. I have used the swap service and many others of its features. I NEVER once had any issue with anything. Not only this, their service and support is always top notch. Fast, honest and to the point. Plus, their mobile application is one of the most user-friendly i used so far. To me, Nexo is a prime example of how defi/hybrid organizations should operate. They managed to instill trust to me. I have used this platform for 4 years , very friendly interface , asset safety management is very reliable , I deposit some Nexo coins , and other coins. It is safe and I am satisfied.
(Not like other platforms always asking the KYC year and year , kind of annoying. )
Lots of advantages, very little disadvantage, to me only one thing needs to improve, my country is not serviced for the application of debit card , if this resolved , you gets 10 points , instead of 9 , at this moment.

I discovered Nexo a little over a year ago.

Among around 7 apps of this kind that I am actively using, Nexo is simply the best choice for me. Very intuitive UI, key functions (bying, selling, fiat top-up / cash out, crypto sending, converting crypto, using card in credit / debit mode in stores / online etc.) working smoothly. Security features (2FA, white list, transaction confirmations etc). Earning interest (on flexible or fixed durations) on crypto and fiat.

Pros:
It's commendable that you publish audits to demonstrate your financial stability.
I'm particularly impressed with the Nexo Pro tool for advanced traders.

Cons (beyond your control):
In the wake of BlockFi's bankruptcy, it's challenging for me to entrust more of my cryptocurrency to any third-party company.

Great comunication, the app is very simple and intuitive to use. The transfers are quick. The rewards system is good. There’s also a balanced variety of crypto currency besides the major ones.
