Inbound Mail Disclaimers
• Tag/mark external messages for security reasons
• Domino 14 introduces subject and body mail disclaimers
− Inbound SMTP disclaimers are usually configured on external mail gateways receiving SMTP mail
− If message is encrypted or signed, notification is only in subject
− Inbound disclaimer text is specified in server configuration document
− Internal messaging gateways usually don’t need to add inbound disclaimers
(e.g. scanners, internal application servers, …)

Inbound Mail Disclaimers
Recommendation:
• Use Subject tagging
It allows to identify messages before opening them
• Do not add disclaimer to mail body
− This will modify the mail body (the content of the mail)
− Be aware of SPR # KSAUCYUC79 è Update to 14.0 FP1
Mail is not getting delivered when there are two or more recipients, and when "External email Notifications"
feature is enabled.

DKIM Inbound : Check signatures on inbound mail(s)
SPF : define which servers can send on behalf of your domain
DMARC : What should happen to messages that fail SPF and DKIM ? Quarantine? Reject ? Report ?
