Good morning, baseball fans.
If you’ve been following the San Francisco Giants over the last couple of weeks, you might be wondering who they pissed off in a past life, or what kind of buried treasure they stumbled upon that they weren’t supposed to take. Because they have been absolutely cursed with injuries.
At this rate, you’re going to playing for the Giants at some point this season. And your cousin, too.
But perhaps closer to the top of that list is San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy, who took the mound before last night’s game to throw out the first pitch. Purdy threw an absolute heater to Kyle Harrison, who couldn’t quite make the catch.

Someone get him in a Triple-A game. The two seasons don’t overlap that much.
What time do the Giants play today?
The Giants wrap up this series against the Los Angeles Dodgers tonight at 6:45 p.m. PT.
