"Scam 1992" raised extremely high expectations for its spiritual successor, audiences, including myself, were eagerly anticipating something even more special.
Regrettably, the sequel not only falls short of living up to its acclaimed predecessor but also faces its own set of challenges, mostly due to its meandering screenplay that tends to lose focus at regular intervals.
Whilst the initial four-five episodes are satisfactory and effectively lay the groundwork, the narrative begins to falter post halfway point, with repetitive occurrences becoming increasingly noticeable.
Despite their efforts to introduce new characters for a fresh perspective every now and then, none of these attempts yielded significant results. The damage was already done!
